L’appartamento risulta confortevole, arredato con stile moderno, situato al pianterreno di una casa bifamiliare che si affaccia sulla strada che conduce in Valle Verzasca. Approfittando della terrazza si può godere di una bellissima vista sul Lago Maggiore.

Si trova a Gordola in collina ed è consigliato raggiungerlo con un’automobile. La posizione è ottimale per rilassarsi, ma anche per raggiungere il lago (10 minuti in auto), il fiume in Valle Verzasca (10 minuti in auto) o Locarno (10 minuti di auto). Inoltre, a piedi si può partire per degli interessanti percorsi di montagna.

Il rustico è stato ricavato dalla ristrutturazione di una vecchia stalla. Tutti i mobili che compongono l'arredamento dell'abitazione sono stati costruiti artigianalmente in legno massiccio dall'host. La casa è dotata di un impianto fotovoltaico rendendola a basso impatto ambientale. Il rustico si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e soleggiata.
