Our semi-detached villa, constructed in 1884, has been fully renovated and modernized in 2022 while preserving its characteristic elements. It’s a self-sustainable home, equipped with a heat pump, floor heating, cooling ventilation, and solar panels. This lovely family home is conveniently located just a short drive or train ride away from Amsterdam, nestled in the green heart of the Netherlands.

Isolated, running water, wifi, etc, etc. She is a remake of a traditional Dutch fishing boat. ‘Don’ sleeps 2 in the front of the boat on the port side (left) in a spacious double. 1 person can sleep in a single birth on starboard (right), or you can store your bags. All beds are 2 m long. Nespresso coffee machine, waterboiler. Wifi. Shower on shore.

We feel so privileged to be able to live in our house that used to be a lovely hotel/café in the early 1900s. When we are travelling ourselves, we like other people to enjoy it as well. Also the village, near Amsterdam, with its water, beach & trees.
