We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

Joining the air bnb community since sadly losing my dad to a battle with cancer, we have tried to create some positivity by creating something that supports the family finically and mentally. Centrally-located place in the heart of Barnstaple Town. With Breath taking estuary views in both directions, then past that onto rolling hills. Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

From the early July to the end of September bookings are Friday to Friday. The Barn has been converted in to a beautiful 2 bedroom property for 4 people. It is located in the grounds of Coombe Farm, with a private terrace, hot tub, ceramic barbecue, hammock, garden and access to a shared outdoor pool in summer. A foot path runs past The Barn, to the village of Goodleigh, where there is a pub. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Wow - what a gem! We had such a comfortable and peaceful stay in these elegant and stylish surroundings. Totally immaculate, with clear information and great comms to make it a seamless stay. And what a perfect location! Everything was walking distance and there were lovely walks in Rock Park and along the river. A boon to be able to park so close! Thank you for a fantastic and memorable stay, Christopher and Zoe - we'd highly recommend to others. Our batteries are now fully recharged!

Would highly recommend this stay to anyone. The cottage is beautiful with plenty of room and great facilitates. Location is also ideal being a short drive from everything you could need.

Thank you for the wonderful stay! Lovely cottage. Shaun and Adi is very friendly and helped a lot in guiding to the local attractions. Our daughter explored the lovely garden and enjoyed a lot with Nessa and Bess.

We are a married couple who stayed for 3 nights whilst on a visit to family and friends who live close by. We also had our two dogs with us. The annexe was situated in the heart of the village and in a peaceful road with lovely surroundings. The annexe was very well equipped and clean and comfortable.
