Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Welcome to our cosy apartment in prime location of Bruchsal! The property combines central proximity with quiet surroundings. In just about 15 minutes you can easily walk to the city center, and by car it is even only about five minutes. At the same time, you can enjoy the direct field edge location here, perfect for relaxing walks, jogging laps or just a little break in the countryside right outside the front door. The house is situated on a slope, so there are some stairs.

We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

Our vacation home is a former farmhouse from the 1950s and is located on one of a total of 16 farms in the Sallenbusch settlement; nestled in gentle hills on which - depending on the year - rapeseed and sunflowers bloom, or corn and cereals sway in the wind. Here, in the beautiful Kraichgau, you are in the "Tuscany" of Germany. In the middle of the idyll: our 150 m² renovated house with retro charm, in which there is plenty of space for up to 4 people and a toddler.

There is an open living and dining area with kitchen, two bedrooms and a large bathroom. The bus stop, a train station, bakery and small farm shops are also within walking distance.
