The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean, with tasteful decor throughout. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook, and the beamer was a great bonus for movie nights. The terrace was a highlight, offering a lovely space to relax, and having a parking spot in the garage was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this place, especially for those interested in cross-country skiing, as the track starts right outside the building. A perfect place to stay in St. Moritz!

Fully satisfied! The house exceeded expectations! Very clean and cared for with a super equipped and technological kitchen! We also had a great time in 10. Martin is very helpful and kind! The setting where the house was located was enchanting, surrounded by mountains and waterfalls! Convenient to reach Bellinzona, Lugano and S. Bernardino where you can have fun days in the snow! The stay at Patrizia's apartment was excellent. Especially the communication, the tidy impeccable apartment as well as the two large and cozy balconies were great. The somewhat outdated coffee machine may no longer meet today's needs. However, I was amazed at how good the coffee tasted and this without capsules. We'd love to be back in Patrizia's apartment.

Perfect to access both ski resorts. Very easy walk, even with small Children. The garage is super good - as everything is in walking distance, we did not touch the car during our entire stay. Julie is a super host - she even managed to fix a minor defect (light) the very next day. The place and the host make you feel like at home.

Very nice apartment with a lovely garden, just right for a short getaway with friends or family. Davide is very friendly and helpful. He couldn’t welcome us in person but the self check-in went very smoothly as he gave us clear instructions and everything was well organized. He’s easily reachable in case of problems and also regularly checked if everything was okay. A minor inconvenience was that our bedsheets were still damp from the washing when we arrived, but he told us one day before that this was the case and also told us where we could find extra blankets (we eventually helped ourselves with the hairdryer :-) ). Everything else was perfect, in the flat you can also find a list with recommendations on restaurants and activities that was very helpful. We would always come back! :)
