A very nice apartment with a well equipped kitchen, bathroom and lounge. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed with a balcony that offers mountain views and sunrise depending on the weather. It's in a good location that's just a 10 minute walk away from the train/bus station and 20 minutes walk from the Millennium bridge. Rade is a very responsive host with clear instructions towards check-in and check out.

Всё было замечательно. Очень любезные и приятные хозяева. Всегда на связи, помогли со всеми вопросами. Квартира была очень чистая и пллностью соответствовала объявлению. Имелось всё необходимое. Все электроприборы в отличном состоянии. Пользоваться было одно удовольствие. До ближайшего пляжа всего несколько минут. В шаговой доступности супермаркеты. Wi-fi хороший, доступно несколько частот для подключения. Для обычных задач и посмотреть фильмы вполне хватает. Однако скорость иногда прыгает, и у моей жены при проведении онлайн конференций были проблемы. Так что если кому по работе нужен стабильный быстрый интернет, лучше приобрести местную тур. симкарту. В остальном всё просто супер. Настоятельно всем рекомендую! Если будем в Будве ещё раз, обязательно остановимся здесь снова!!

красивый вид из окна. рассветы и закаты. хозяйка была дружелюбная и отзывчива. все вопросы решались быстро. хороший комфортный диван и матрас. отлично выспались и отдохнули. есть смарт тв Ютуб и Нетфликс. кухня удобная все работает. спасибо

Het is fijn verblijven in dit appartement, het is zeer ruim, voorzien van van alles, schoon en een lekker terras met tuintje Het is iets van de stad af, 15-20 min maar voor ons geen probleem Auto kan voor de deur We voelden ons snel thuis!

Sin duda es el mejor Airbnb en el que hemos estado durante este viaje. Nos sentimos como en casa, la sala y la cocina hacen que la estadía sea muy cómoda, todo estuvo muy limpio y tiene un balcón con buena vista. La limpieza estuvo muy bien, sábanas y toallas limpias; el edificio en general está muy bien mantenido y limpio y el ascensor facilita la llegada al último piso. Televisión y Wi-Fi, funcionando perfectamente. Felicitaciones al anfitrión.

The apartment was super clean and in perfect shape. The location is perfect for grocery stores (Aroma and Idea) and transportation. Parking is not an issue at all. The internet speed and stability are pretty good (if you work in tech it's quite important). The host is super friendly and responsive. I don't see any negatives about the apartment. The only thing is the clothes do not dry (even in the hot weather) but it's related to Kotor so be careful with that.

We had a wonderful stay in Budva and made this our base for exploring Montenegro. Katarina is a fantastic host, she welcomed us in-person to the flat and was kind and helpful throughout our stay. During the one day that it rained she leant us an umbrella so we could go out without getting wet. The apartment is really well equipped and clean and has everything you need. It is located on the busy main street in Budva. There are lots of restaurant and supermarkets close. You can take buses from the stop outside further along the coast to Sveti Stefan or Petrovac.

Logement très propre, fidèle aux photos et vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Hôte toujours disponible, arrangeante et réactive par message. Attention avoir une voiture est fortement recommandé car très difficile de rejoindre à pieds ou grâce aux transports en commun, et nécessaire pour se déplacer. Le bémol est le « jacuzzi » qui est une baignoire avec des jets que l’on sent pas. Concernant la piscine elle est propre, offre une superbe vue sur le soleil couchant et la vallée mais n’est pas chauffée

We had a great stay at this spacious and spotless apartment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. While it’s a bit away from the Old Town, getting there was easy with a quick €5 cab ride or a 40-minute walk. Do note that the walk up to the apartment street is quite steep, so it might be a bit challenging with luggage. There’s a small grocery store just a 5-minute walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and we especially loved the friendly cat that would occasionally greet us on the balcony.

L’appartamento è moderno ed è fornito di ogni confort. Si trova al quinto piano di un grande palazzo alle spalle della stazione. Se non volete attraversare i binari, un piccolo giro di cinque minuti sarà sufficiente per raggiungerlo. Comodo il parcheggio e comodo per la vicinanza sia con la stazione ferroviaria sia con la stazione dei bus. Vicino ci sono negozi e ristoranti e bar. Comodo.

Almir’in evi muazzamdı. Büyük ve rahat olması çok iyiydi. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. Sakin ve güzel bir konumda. Ev tertemiz ve sıfır bir daire. Almir bize her konuda yardımcı oldu ve iyi bir ev sahibi. Her şey için kendisine çok teşekkürler.

Spent 4 wonderful nights at Stefan’s Airbnb, we are a newly retired couple in our mid-60’s who travel mostly on public transport. The accommodation is well positioned, 20-25 minutes flat walk to town centre, bus station & supermarket are 10 minutes walk, the Tivat International airport is 7m taxi away. The hosts are special people, and we feel fortunate to have met them and shared a couple of hours of chatting to them on their patio one sunny evening. Thank you for making the last stop of a seven week holiday so enjoyable.

Dit zeer ruime appartement in Bar is bijzonder mooi gelegen hoog in de bergen. Voor mensen die even willen ontsnappen aan het drukke leven van alle dag en die heerlijk tot rust willen komen is dit een geschikte accommodatie omdat je in de verte het rustgevende geruis van de Jelzenica rivier hoort die met kleine watervalletjes naar beneden richting de zee stroomt. De zee zie je klein in de verte en is met de auto goed te bereiken. Er is een behoorlijk groot zwembad en een apart zwembadje voor kinderen op het terrein. Het appartement heeft 2 grote kamers, slaap en woonkamer met allebei een fijn balkon. Het heeft een grote zachte buitenzetel van leer waar je lekker op kan zitten om naar de krekels en rustgevende geluiden van de natuur te luisteren. We kregen bij aankomst heerlijke pannenkoekjes geserveerd en verse eitjes, worstjes en crackers voor het ontbijt. De keuken heeft alles wat nodig is en het bed was heerlijk groot. Badkamer knus met föhn en compleet ingericht. Een echte aanrader

Hosts are very friendly, quick to respond to messages and really helpful. The place was clean, WiFi was fast enough for video calls etc and the beach is just a 5 minute walk down the hill. Great stay.

Just as described, the hot tub on the balcony was the whole reason we booked this accommodation and it did not disappoint! The location between idyllic towns was perfect, not too far from anything but quiet enough where it was peaceful and you had your own privacy. Would definitely stay again!

Polecam pobyt u Ivany, mieszkanie czyste, z małymi niedociągnięciami, ale nie zwracaliśmy na to większej uwagi. Widok z balkonu cudowny, zdecydowanie moglibyśmy tam wrócić 😊 Kontakt również był bardzo dobry, szybko i konkretnie. Doceniamy dostępność podstawowych produktów.

Wow, what a showplace. This top floor penthouse is very glamorous, with spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Our group of 6 (3 couples) each had spacious bedrooms and our own bathrooms. Only one bath was en suite, but the others were convenient to the bedrooms. The place was spotless and well stocked. The upstairs had another sitting room, bedroom and bath, and a huge deck with fabulous hot tub. The views from this level were even better. The place is walking distance to Kotor’s old town, but a bit of an incline coming back. We saw lots of taxis for a convenient ride back. Take extra time to navigate to the place upon arrival. Apple Maps couldn’t quite get us there, so we stopped for help. There is a dedicated parking spot. Daca was there to happily greet us, even though we arrived late. She explained everything perfectly and was very responsive when we reached out another time. I would definitely recommend this lux penthouse!

Wir waren Ende September für eine Woche hier. Wir bewohnten das mittlere Appartement von 3 übereinander liegenden. Man hat einen wundervollen Blick auf's Meer. Es war ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Touren, wandern, paddeln am Skardasee, Strandtage am endlosen Sandtrand bei Ulcinj. Leihwagen ist Voraussetzung. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich ein kleines Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Beachten, ab 1. Oktober schließen die meisten Restaurants, Saisonende! Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. I wish I could give a 6-star rating for Mirjam's communications. She was not only hyperresponsive but also made a sincere effort to anticipate and understand potential needs. I have not seen this level of support before.
