Waqar was a wonderful host and the villa was everything we needed it was just perfect. Waqar was on hand and very responsive if we needed him. The villa is in a lovely spot very clean and easily accessible. We will most definitely be visiting again soon. Thank you waqar

3-4 minutes drive from the center of Yalikavak. We didn't have much trouble. Just so you know, it's not like walking to the center.

We stayed as a family to spend the holiday. The house was super clean and new. Mr. Fikret thought of even the finest details. Apart from the fact that there was everything from the filter coffee maker in the kitchen, the basic food items were also waiting. There was everything you could think at home. It has a parking lot where you can park your car, and the pool. The house is in a location where you can have a peaceful and enjoyable holiday away from the crowds of Bodrum, offering full privacy. On the one hand, you can get to the bus station and on the other hand, you can drive to Yali farm beach in less than 10 minutes. There are grocery stores that can meet all your needs such as Migros, A101 within walking distance. You can go to the center of Bodrum in about 15-20 minutes. We were very satisfied with everything and would definitely recommend it.

We had a fantastic two weeks at this lovely villa in Bodrum. The property was very spacious, for two adults and two kids, well-maintained, and comes with all the appliances required. Air con in every room, the fridge is a great size, the washing machine was ideal and the internet was great! Closest beach is a 10 min walk away. The public section is very small, but the private sunbeds were only 200 tl each and offered waiter service from cafe. Small supermarket (Migros Jet) is only 5 mins walk which we used a few times. We hired a car and had no trouble parking, on the road outside, during the day. The views over the bay are amazing! There is a nightclub near the beach, which can be noisy at the weekends, but it was not a problem for us sleeping.

The place was amazing for the kind of stay we were looking for. They offered more than what we had imagined while we were there and were also extremely helpful in recommending places for us to go to, make the bookings as well as organise groceries and taxis. Would most definitely recommend this property to others and hope to stay there again in the future myself.

The house is beautiful and it has the best view of the city. It’s equipped with everything you need for cooking, laundry and very close to some local restaurants and supermarkets Mmm Migros is only 3 km away Ali was very nice and responded quickly to all our needs I will be happy to come back to such a beautiful place

Waking up in bed was incredibly enjoyable thanks to this view. It was peaceful to consume your food and drink against this exquisite view on the balcony downstairs and on the outdoor patio. The house was very clean and had all the equipment you might need (toaster, filter coffee maker, barbecue, hair dryer, etc.). A destination where my family and I will also consider coming during the summer season.

Absolutely perfect stay: the villa is beautiful, impeccable, spacious and fully equipped, with stunning sea views. The reality is even better than the pictures. The sauna and hammam allowed us to relax in the evening. The elevator in the house makes it easy to get around. Even though we're relatively young, we've used it. We felt right at home, away from home, during this short stay in Bodrum. My husband and I traveled to Bodrum as a scouting trip, and we will return to the villa with our children and family in August. We were looking for a comfortable and warm environment, capable of accommodating a large group. With its 7 bedrooms and numerous terraces, everyone can enjoy their own space. Tatiana's hospitality was excellent.

Ahmet is the most helpful landlord I've met so far! We were 7t (2 families) in Ahmet's house- with the most beautiful views of Bodrum! The house is very well maintained, the pool & terrace a place both to have fun and to relax! We got a rental car with Ahmet's support (parking at the house) and were on a beach exploration tour daily before going on city exploration in the evening for any hours by the pool! The house has the separate bedroom with private bathroom, at ground level to the pool/terrace, as well as a toilet in the main house, on the first floor 3 bedrooms with wonderful views and 2 bathrooms! The kitchen is very spacious! The terrace offers shade spots! So if Bodrum, then with Ahmet and Valerie- a courteous and very polite couple of landlords! Absolutely recommended as a retreat and enjoyment point and Bodrum is this house!

despite all the negativities we had, it was a great experience, they helped us because we didn't have a car, they took us from the garage, the house was immaculately clean, everything from the Turkish coffee maker to dishwasher detergent was great, the pool and the view were great. Although it was a little difficult to reach without a car, it was a pleasant experience, we recommend it, one of the hosts we thought to go to again

The view and the house are breathtaking, and the host is super helpful. They arranged transportation for us and took us to a market right after we checked in. They are very friendly and let us stay there later than the standard checkout time. There are just a few misunderstandings about the five beds. There are not five bedrooms; one room doesn’t have a view and is outside the other rooms. Make sure you’re getting enough stuff you might need from the market. The location is inconvenient for getting water, food, and drinks. The hotel next door was able to sell us some water and wine, but since we were not their guests, they weren’t happy about it. This is the type of house that you would want to spend all day in. I will be back again!

We had a healthy, happy and peaceful vacation. The location of the house, hygiene, kitchen utensils that may be needed, and many things were available in our house. There's really no need to say much, it's just a great house where you can pick up your luggage and come. Mr. Barkın was extremely interested, even though there was a coffee maker, we would also like to thank him for taking care of our request for the frencpres. The house was very nice, modern and new. The house is in very good condition, with wonderful pool and view. It is located in the golf club a little outside, but very easy to reach, with supermarket and restaurant. All three bedrooms have a own bathroom. The beach club is about 5 km from the house. It has wonderful water and is very empty. You have the feeling that you have the beach all to yourself. We have spent a wonderful week in Can house. He is very helpful and answered quickly to every question. We will definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Sevgul was an excellent host, her place is really nice. It is well thought out for stay for a few days. As we were checking in late, she arranged water and coffee for us which was very kind of her. She was always responsive and the place was very clean. Thank you for the stay. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re with a group of friends.

Nice Villa with two apartments at different floors. The communication with Ali was great and he’s a nice guy. We only had a minor issue with one of the showers’ drain, for the rest it was a nice staying.

We come to Turgutries every year for peace and relaxation, that is exactly what you get here at Mustafa’s Villa. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he greeted us with his family and showed us around the villa. The villa is very private and peaceful. The pool is great and there is plenty of space here. The villa is exactly like the photos. You can reach the main bar street on foot with beautiful seafront views. A taxi back on an evening was only £3. The home is beautiful, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Mustafa’s wife & mother baked us the most delicious cake which was very kind. We look forward to staying here again soon.

We had a wonderful time at the villa in Türkbükü! The house is lovingly furnished and super equipped – there was nothing missing. The terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea over olive trees was our favorite place. At the beginning of April, the weather was initially rainy, but cozy thanks to the heating air conditioning. After that it got sunny and warm – we could even swim in the sea. The wifi was stable and fast. Özlem was warm, helpful and always easily accessible and gave us super tips for restaurants and excursions. Although the swimming pool on the nearby beach was not yet fully built, we were allowed to use it – and actually had the beautiful beach all to ourselves! The peace and nature were fantastic. The value for money is absolutely right. We would definitely come back!
