Comfortable place for a relaxing stay in the area. Located in a very quiet place compared to noisy beach line, feels very safe and nicely rural. Ozge who oversaw my check-in/out was a pleasure to work with, and allowed for plenty of flexibility. Appreciate everything!

I recommend it to those who are looking for a peaceful and beautiful holiday in the most tranquil parts of Bodrum. Ms. Gamze took care of everything one by one. She shared a very professional document and includes everything with us. He responded very quickly when I had questions though. The view and calmness of the house was my favorite part. We have met many hosts in different countries, different cities for years. However, we did not meet a host such as Mr. Emre, Mr. Süleyman and Ms. Feyza. Thank you so much for being so caring, so kind, and so sharing. The house was really incredibly clean. There was nothing missing from the kitchen supplies. The house was in the perfect location. The view and the sea were great. There's not a single thing to criticize. We were incredibly welcomed, they were very interested in us and we had a perfect vacation thanks to their interest. Esra is a wonderful host. Very polite in communication and always helps with problems, if any. For example, he helped us find a hospital where we can get vaccinated and then make an appointment there. The house is fully consistent with the description, live comfortably. The location is excellent, very nice and the sea is 100 meters from the house. The Internet in the house is also good, enough for remote work as a programmer. The only problem was that 2 times the electricity was completely cut off in the city for several hours during the day. But this was due to the construction work that was carried out precisely during our stay. Usually this doesn't happen here.

With the information that Mari sent us in advance, we found the place very well. The villa is in a quiet street and we have always found a parking space right in front. The area is very quiet and pleasant. Smaller shops and the beach can be reached on foot via stairs. We especially loved the view of Kos and the pool. Also the Local Beach is very nice. The city center of Turgutreis is a few minutes by car. There are larger grocery stores and plenty of choice at restaurants. The view of the islands there is one of the most beautiful in the Aegais. She communication with Mari was great, always fast, helpful and super nice. We thoroughly appreciated the stay.

We spent three days at Mr. Ercan's house, a total of four people came to the house when we first arrived, Ms. Haşa greeted us and introduced us to the house, she was very friendly and helpful, and we saw the sincerity that we could reach her in everything. Our neighbors in the site were very friendly and helpful, and we are very happy to meet them. The house is very clean, very tidy, and you will find everything you need, a house has all the essentials, you only need to buy the food or drink you will make. In addition, the location of the house has its own coastal areas within a 2-minute walk to the sea and the pool of the compound is just as beautiful . Apart from that, Ms. Bati also responded quickly every time we called and helped us with all our needs. We enjoyed the days and time we very much plan to come back.

We come to Turgutries every year for peace and relaxation, that is exactly what you get here at Mustafa’s Villa. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he greeted us with his family and showed us around the villa. The villa is very private and peaceful. The pool is great and there is plenty of space here. The villa is exactly like the photos. You can reach the main bar street on foot with beautiful seafront views. A taxi back on an evening was only £3. The home is beautiful, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Mustafa’s wife & mother baked us the most delicious cake which was very kind. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Lovely little house in a large private residence. Beautiful view from the terrace. Away from the festive atmosphere of Bodrum. The natural pool is about a 7-minute walk away. The host was accessible and responds quickly to questions. I would recommend this place for sought-after calm

Amazing 3-Day Boat Tour with Mustafa in Bodrum We had an incredible 3-day boat trip with Mustafa in Bodrum. From start to finish it was a relaxing and memorable experience. The food was amazing – fresh and tasty Turkish food that we enjoyed in the sunset. We slept on the deck under the stars, which was absolutely magical. Mustafa took us to beautiful, hidden coves, where we swam in the clear, blue waters. No stress, just quiet and relaxation. Mustafa and his crew made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. A perfect way to experience Bodrum – highly recommended!

We stayed here for a month and really felt right at home. Mr. Harun and his family were very friendly and answered our questions quickly and offered a solution. The house is located with the most beautiful view of the site, but since it is on the hill, the drive to and from the pool to the sea has been tiring on some days.(It can also go up and down with stairs that want to walk, but since we had a baby, we had a lot of burdens.) Overall, it was a clean, peaceful house that met all its needs.

We stayed with a friend and my dog for 1 week to get away from Istanbul and relax. The house is incredibly pleasant, you can enjoy the terrace on every floor with a perfect view. If you're into the kitchen, there's everything from A to Z. You can stay in this great location without thinking in summer and winter, we recommend.

Beautiful sea view home from the entire house, just like you're looking at a painting all day. You can hear the sea throughout the day, from your bedroom you will be cradled to sleep. The location of the house offers a lot of privacy and ensures a lot of tranquility. The house is well equipped with all the necessary equipment to make your stay comfortable. Cemil and Nilgun are sweet caring helpful tenants. Are ready via various channels ( physically, by phone) to make your stay as pleasant as possible in all kinds of ways. We felt so at home, it was a homecoming. Very unfortunate that we couldn't stay there longer. Private pier has a small cafeteria run by a friendly family, the sea comes in different colors Azure blue, it is clean and cared for. Bay is surrounded by Beautiful gardens and residential complexes. It was a great experience for us, the cleanliness of the house and the services it provided were great. Especially until we settled in the house and after settling in, the approach and support of the host, Mr. Hakan, was incredible. We had a very comfortable holiday as a family. It is certain that it will be the address of our holiday in the years from now on.

had a great stay, just a 5/10 min walk down hill to seafront ,we got taxi bk. set 200 liras around town. loal shop delivered essentials to us, water milk butter bread eggs. Just wats app them ( number on a fridge magnet) came with in 15mins. villa was spotlessly clean, lovely comfortable beds, beautiful furniture, though we sat outside most of the time and only in the kitchen. pool guy came twice,he was very polite and friendly. we are all looking forward to using villa leila again in the near future. would highly recommend the villa to a group of ladies like us .

Communication with the host was very fast, the location of the house was very nice, the location of the house was that the kitchen utensils were missing, but when we communicated this to our host, they renovated a few things when we told our host, the kitchen utensils need to change, we did not have any problems in the house, we did not have any problems in the house in a very pleasant beautiful location, there is no water shortage in the house, everything is working in the house, it is impossible to find a place on its own beach near the sea and unfortunately the sea was not clean, but we did not want to go to the place without a car, the car is in a very large compound. You are very well rested and relaxed. If you want to keep quiet or have fun, the neighbors have a lot of sweet people are a full summer site. I definitely won't get bored if I stay for 3 months☺️

This is one of the best villas I’ve stayed at. The location was like paradise with the private beach just for the villa complex being spotless and had crystal clear water. Our host was very accommodating and him and his wife- Denise were just wonderful people to be around. The atmosphere was out of this world and the edition was right next door allowing for some music! There is also many many rooms (4) so it’s perfect for a family just like we did.

such a nice apartment ,view overlooking the beach and beautiful sunsets ,very helpful staff and lovely cleaner who came in every 2 days changed towels and linen and every few days cleaned the whole apartment which we didn't expect ,would definitely recommend , the only problem not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as are 2 flights of stairs

We had a healthy, happy and peaceful vacation. The location of the house, hygiene, kitchen utensils that may be needed, and many things were available in our house. There's really no need to say much, it's just a great house where you can pick up your luggage and come. Mr. Barkın was extremely interested, even though there was a coffee maker, we would also like to thank him for taking care of our request for the frencpres.
