In the middle of the quiet countryside between Lindow and Rheinsberg lies the listed former school estate in a small village. The simple but tastefully converted barn is a nice place to relax. The garden borders the field behind it. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. In the vicinity, interesting places can be explored. Large and colorful + sauna

We rolled up our sleeves again and made the over 80 m² Melkerwohnung apartment on the upper floor of our residential building fit. It was important to us to use existing historical furniture and components, as well as the use of natural building materials: lime plaster, wood from our own forest, wood fiber insulation panels, linseed oil, wooden windows... The result is a spacious wellness apartment with some surprises.

Vacation home "Fährblick"

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and is easily reachable by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to purchase a property right on the water. Next to our now completely renovated detached house, the cottage located directly on the water is also located on the property, which has now also been partially renovated.

Historic gem with character

As a professional violin maker, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish baroque elements from the origin of the house combine with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Whole warning: A low ceiling beams dating back to 1775 crosses the space.
