Casa Oceanside is a cute concrete bungalow about 80 meters from the sand, situated in an approximately 1,7 acre tropical garden with a variety of wildlife, that can be seen daily. The waves that break in front of our house are perfect for beginners.

We're located just 10 minutes outside of town and 10 minutes to the beach, secluded up in the peaceful mountains with nature on all sides. A strategic location just 350 meters from the Interamericana Sur highway, at the junction that goes to Golfito and/or Paso Canoas, safe and close to supermarkets, restaurants, health center, gas station and in front of a paved street. Modern and spacious design. Plenty of room to store all your purchases and ample parking for large vehicles or up to 3 light vehicles. We are just 500 meters from COSEVI where the driving tests are carried out to obtain a license.
