The location was great. The view from the balcony is incredible! It's not a five-star hotel, but the apartment had everything we needed. Redina was always in touch and answered all our questions. Thank you so much for the great attitude to guests!

Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Strand gelegen, Balkon mit Meerblick. Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Saimen ist ein top Gastgeber. Er hat und bei allen Fragen und Problemen sofort geholfen. Keine Minute mussten wir auf eine Antwort warten. Er hat uns persönlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Vielen Dank für alles!

Martin’s apartment was a perfect spot to explore the south part of Durres Beach. Supermarket right across the street, 3 short blocks to the beach, 2 blocks from the bus stop to take you up to Durres proper. Very comfortable bed, serviceable kitchen, bright bathroom. He was very responsive with any issue that came up. A good value- I recommend it!

Sehr netter Umgang mit Elvis und seinem Vater. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Jederzeit wieder. :)

Es war die beste Wohnung wo wir übernachtet haben. Traumhafte Aussicht, alles sauber und super ausgestattet. 2 Betten am Strand inbegriffen… einfach wow. Das Personal war sehr nett und immer bereit zu helfen. Zani war einfach der beste! Immer erreichbar und super nett. Wie werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! :)

I stayed a bit over 3 weeks at Luli's apartment and it was fantastic. Located right next to plenty of restaurants on the promenade, and still just a 5 minute walk into town for even more restaurants. But if you want to cook in, you have everything you need, there is a decent supermarket downstairs, and all the utensils etc are there for you to use. There are even spices, coffee, and so much more. Luli gave me local cheese on my first day and also a week or two in gave me some very nice stuffed paprikas. Definitely recommended, I didn't really want to leave.

We had a fantastic stay at Andis' apartment in Durres. The view overlooking the Adriatic Sea was amazing. The apartment felt very homely and it had all of the amenities for a relaxing stay. The apartment is very close to the promenade which has a wide range of restaurants. Durres is a lovely coastal city. Andis was a fabulous host. The communication was fantastic and he gave very clear instructions on the self check-in. We highly recommend this apartment and hope to return again in the future. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Had a great stay just a short walk to the beach 🏖️

Es war insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt! Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war sehr gut! Gegenüber ist direkt ein Supermarkt und viele Restaurants! Wir haben uns auch sicher in der Gegend gefühlt und im Haus auch! Das einzige war, dass in einem Bad die Klospülung defekt war, aber es gab ja noch ein zweites Bad! Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder hin wenn wir nach Durres reisen würden.

V tomto ubytování jsme strávili krásné 3 týdny. Budova vypadala dost příšerně, ale byt, a to je důležité, je opravdu krásný a vyjímečně prostorný. Kuchyně je velmi dobře vybavená. Dokonce tam byla mikrovlná trouba, kterou jsme nikde jinde na Balkáně nepotkali. Požádali jsme hostitele o hrnec navíc a za pár dní už jsme měli vše, co k vaření potřebujeme. Uspořádání bytu je logické, veliká centrální místnost a 3 ložnice se 2 koupelnami. S malým dítětem nám vyhovovalo, že hlavní ložnice je za 2 dveřmi od centrální místnosti. Po čase jsme rozchodili i televizi a Netflix. Dům je umístěn přímo v centru, hned proti domu je supermarket a spousta dalších obchodů a restaurací v těsné blízkosti. Brali jsme to jako výhodu, ale někdo toužící po klidu by mohl říct, že je okolí rušné. Na pláž je třeba jít asi 10 minut. V tomto zimním počasí nebyla moc upravená a další vzdálenější pláž na jihu byla plná bagrů. V sezóně to ale bude určitě jinak.

Ermir was a great host. His place is perfect with the best view in town and beautiful beaches just across the street. The area is walkable and has a lot of nice restaurants and shops nearby. There is a Spar grocery store about a five minute walk. Communication was always great. Would recommend!

I had such a peaceful and wonderful time at Arbana's place. II was looking for peace during the winter and this was perfect. I lived there when it was out of season and it easily was one of my favorite places to be. It was the small things that Arbana had thought of to make my stay extremely comfortable. And when there was something that needed to be fixed, Arbana took care of it immediately! The communication was fantastic and I'd definitely return to given the opportunity.

A fabulous apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very responsive and the pick up and drop off was great and saved stress. Breakfasts were a lovely touch and the pistachio croissant was delicious! Walk into town just less than 2 miles but is a bus if preferred. Would definitely recommend, clean, tidy, well resourced and great value for money.

The apartment is just as the description and very pleasant. Location was perfect for ease of walking to nearby restaurants, bars, shops and beach. Only thing to note is that being on the main road you do get traffic noise etc. Ivo was a great host and very responsive with all communications, but it did require me having mobile data to message him for check in information, so maybe get that sooner. I would definitely revisit and recommend this property.

Excellent apartment in a great location for restaurants and the beach. The apartment is new and felt very secure. The view from the balcony was fab.

The apartment was very comfortable and cool, even when it was hot outside we didn't need the aircon on. The apartment is right opposite an amazing beach with lots of lovely restaurants. It is easy to walk around. Aitanka was very charming and accommodating. She was so helpful when we needed taxis. I would 100% recommend her apartment.

Great place to stay in Durres. About a 15-20 min walk from city center, but closer to all the good restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and visiting Gate03 for dinner. It’s totally worth it. Great views and can tan on the balcony after around 15:30 (3:30 pm). Will hopefully be staying here again!

Apartament was very close to the sea and local shops and restaurants, which was biggest advantage for our familiy. Endri is incredable host - he answers right away for all questions and is a great local guide. All instructions were clear with pictures attached. Thanks to him we felt like home :)

Super netter Kontakt, auch schon vor dem Urlaub, mit guter Erklärung und Tipps. Auch vor Ort ein "Rundgang" mit den wichtigsten Empfehlungen und Erreichbarkeit jederzeit. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, den wir sehr genossen haben. Ich kann Elda nur loben und weiterempfehlen. Sie ist überaus freundlich und sehr bemüht, dass alles schön und perfekt ist. Apartament położony w pierwszej linii brzegowej - przepiękne widoki, codzienne zachody słońca, do dyspozycji dwa balkony zwrócone w kierunku morza. Wygodne i duże pomieszczenia (szczególnie salon i kuchnia z jadalnią) - pomimo obecności 7 osób każdy mógł znaleźć miejsce do odpoczynku. Sam budynek znajduje się w centrum miejscowości, w bezpośredniej odległości od restauracji, straganów czy sklepów -wszędzie blisko. Jedyny minus to dość głośna muzyka dla tańczących dobiegająca z dwóch różnych stron z sąsiednich hoteli (ale to tylko od 21.00 do 23.00), poza tym cały dzień i noc cicho i spokojnie. Zdezorientował nas brak informacji na stronie o tym, że basen jest płatny dodatkowo (10 euro/os na dzień), jest to usługa zewnętrzna i o tym nie wiedzieliśmy wcześniej. Na plaży w cenie 7 euro za parasol i dwa leżaki.

We stayed in mid-May and there was a lot of construction work nearby (because of the hotels), but it was still very quiet – at night, we only heard the relaxing sound of the sea. The view is stunning and even more beautiful than in the photos. We loved going for a quick swim in the mornings and evenings (mid-May sometimes a bit cold). The area is becoming more touristy, with private beaches and many new hotels, but the Airbnb is centrally located, making it easy to reach Tirana, Bovilla Lake, Shkopet Bridge, Berat, and more. The apartment was clean and freshly prepared, with tidy floors and fresh towels. While the standard may differ slightly from German perfectionism, we felt very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent – always friendly, helpful, and easy to reach! He gave great tips and answered all our questions patiently. We contacted him often and always had positive experiences. If we return and want to stay right by the sea again, we would gladly come back. :)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Von der Landung in Tirana bis zum Abflug! Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuverlässig, zuvorkommend und freundlich! Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und entspricht absolut der Beschreibung! Es hat alles was man braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe! Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen und erholsamen Urlaub in diesem Apartment! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen!

Geweldige locatie gelijk aan het zand strand. de strandbedjes en parasol horen bij het appartement. dit was erg fijn want je hebt je eigen plek op het strand zonder extra kosten. de accommodatie ligt in een park met dennenbomen wat erg fijn en mooi is. langs het strand diverse restaurants waar je heerlijk kunt eten. het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een mooie veranda. We werden opgewacht door de eigenaar die ons uitleg gaf over alle voorzieningen. Wij vonden het een erg leuk resort wat wel iets verouderd is, maar alles is er en het is familie georiënteerd. Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en zouden zeker terugkomen
