The penthouse of 92 sq meters, with a 115 sq meters terrace is situated in the fifth floor and has an exclusive lift from the ground level. Full view of Durrës Bay. Enjoyable every season of the year, featuring central heating, and restaurants and mini markets open all year around. 180 degree sea view even from inside. And more views even from the hydro-massage tub in the terrace bathroom. You can feel like in a Mediterranean Cruise, while laying on the sofa. Distance 50 meters from the sea, and a nice sand beach. The location of the apartment was excellent, very central. It was easy to go sightseeing on foot everywhere. The apartment itself was lovely, spacious, airy, clean and well equipped. There were two big balconies where you had amazing 180 degrees view over Durres - it was wonderful just to relax on the balcony and admire the view. WiFi worked well. The host was very friendly and helpful, it was easy to communicate with her. The check-in and check-out was very easy. This is a great holiday home for any travelers.

The Location of this vacation home is perfect - a few feet from the beach. The apt was cozy, clean, and at an amazing price for what you get. There was also a 24-hour shop next to it in case you forgot any groceries, however, we noticed bars and restaurants were open until almost midnight in that area. Livia was very helpful and gave us a lot of suggestions. Would love to come back and stay for a longer time.

The apartment is perfect for a small group of friends. We had a great time. The terrace is brilliant, sitting in the whirlpool watching the sea is awsome. Armando and his colleagues are very helpful and try to make your stay perfect. They brought us a new coffee machine after we asked if the flat has one. The apartment is new and includes everything you need. It's very big for 6 people. You have the beach in front of your house.

the apartment is nice. The hot tub is great after a day of travel. everything is like in the photos. The owner was kind. He was waiting for us to check in later and drove us to the store so we had the next day. he regularly messaged me and asked if everything was okay. The apartment is a short walk from a large beach with luxury hotels.
