Two minutes walk to the bus station,Town Center, Castle and beautiful Riverside walks and cafes and five minutes walk to the train station giving access to York, Harrogate and Leeds with easy access to major events in the area such as the Great Yorkshire Show & Flower Show

The village is very quiet and peaceful with lovely local walks. There's 2 bedrooms - 1 with a king size bed & en suite, the other 2 single beds. There's a walk in shower in the main bathroom. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge/freezer, oven & hob. There's a dining table with plenty of room for 6. The lounge has a 'U' shaped sofa and lots of space to relax, a smart TV and fire. The site has a river to swim or fish in, a pub & a cafe.

With access to York and the surrounding area, it is a perfect place for a weekend away or a longer stay for business, retreat, escape. There is a bus that runs from just outside to York. They do not run at the weekends during winter and never on a Sunday. There is a train station 3 miles away. Parking is available on the road. There is a shop 2 minutes away. No pets or children.
