Over 180 square meters of living space with 5 sleeping areas, a cozy combined kitchen/living room, a large dining table in the bright conservatory, 2 bathrooms and a spacious terrace invite you to relax. The proximity to the Fichtel Mountains and the city of Bayreuth offers numerous opportunities for outdoor activities as well as cultural experiences.

Rural, well-equipped, newly renovated apartment on the first floor. Direct access to private garden with attached garden shed. Bedroom with four-poster bed, as well as room to the garden with private 1.40 m bed. If necessary, extra bed in the bedroom. The nearest restaurant is about 3 minutes' walk away, and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity (about 1.5 km). Good connection to the Fichtel Mountains. Bayreuth is about 12 km away. Bus stop in front of the house, large children's playground nearby.

By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.
