The ColonialTown North district of Orlando (also called Mills/50) is a vibrant, central area with exceptional walkability to grocery stores, a trendy bar scene, LOTS of coffee and boba options, foodie restaurants and casual late night eats. When you're ready, retreat to our porch swing and watch the sunset reflect off the trees. We lived in this space for four years and left it just as we crafted it.

"(Non Smoker and No Pets)". This is an amazing and comfortable studio. It is a separate portion of my home with a reserved parking space on our driveway In the kitchen there is a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave and a coffee maker. There is also an under counter washer and dryer. The sitting area includes a small couch with a twin mattress. This place is close to Walmart and Publix (5 minutes away). All attractions including Disney, Sea World and Universal are within 20-30minutes.

On Edgewater Drive there are restaurants, bars, and boutique shops. Close to downtown , 30 min. from all the attractions, and 5 min. from one of the city’s largest hospitals, 23 miles from ORMC airport. The Cottage A Pet Friendly Guesthouse

Welcome to The Cottage! A pet friendly, super cute, and quiet studio apartment built in 2016, located above the detached garage behind my house. Pets always stay for free, and no additional cleaning fees are charged. Private self access is provided so you come and go as you please. The unit has a full kitchen, king sized bed, 4 pillows, 100% cotton sheets and coverlet. Laundry detergent and dish soap are provided. Trash is located on the west sideof the building.

This space is a mother-in-law suite, completely private from the main house, accessible through a private entrance outside and entering through the garage. THIS IS NOT THE ENTIRE HOUSE! Note: The guesthouse is 35 minutes to Disney, 25 minutes to Universal Studios and 20 minutes to Orlando International Airport.
