A wonderful stay in an excellent space with lots of lovely little touches. Would highly recommend!

Such a peaceful place - surrounded by woods and birdsong. It’s very calming. I loved being so close to animals too; Karen has several in her stables and grounds - a horse, geese and sheep. All of whom only add to the calm and gentle nature of the place. The little house was very comfortable and just perfect for a rest day from walking the South West Coast Path.

We booked the Hay Loft for a short break while visiting family in Falmouth. The property surpassed our expectations! It was beautifully styled, spacious and clean and in a lovely peaceful wooded location but yet only a short drive from Falmouth town centre. We enjoyed several lovely local walks from the Hay Loft, including a walk to Maenporth beach and walks down the valley. Definitely our ‘go to’ place when visiting Falmouth. Thank you Joanne !

Beautiful accommodation. Well appointed and perfectly situated for exploring the stunning scenery. Friendly and helpful hosts. We hope to return next year.
