We had a lovely stay at Magnolia Cottage! The space was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. The Rebecca was responsive and welcoming, making check-in and communication seamless. Just a little side note, The cottage is located on a main road, which I didn’t realise until we checked in, so there was some road noise at times for the two front bedrooms. It didn’t bother us much, but it did wake us at bedtime and first thing in the morning. Overall, a delightful spot that we’d definitely consider booking again!

Family 3 night stay. Exactly as described with lots of extras! Responsive host, great communication. We had some cold nights, great heating and really appreciated the electric blankets! Great spot, with everything we needed, a lovely home away from home. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It’s very cosy and clean. There’s everything you need in the kitchen. There were even games and colouring books for the kids. There are farms around you so it’s perfect if you want to escape the hustle of the city. Just a quick drive to all the sights in the area. Kylie is a very friendly and helpful host, always responded quickly. We would definitely come back.

Dion was very accommodating and made sure everything was nicely explained and organised. The house was spacious and very clean. The front door lock/code was a bit tricky to use the first few times. But once we figured out the trick it was super easy.

Thank you Kurt and Nan. Your hospitality, kindness, warmth and generosity are truly unprecedented. You both are such wonderful people and it shows in the way you treated us—not just a guests but as friends. Your place was a home away from home indeed. It was comfortable, safe, cosy and well equipped. Spending time with you both was indeed the highlight of our trip. It was like visiting the parents. We were welcomed with open arms and made to feel right at home. I think my husband teared up a bit to see how our little one just loved you guys. Thank you for all the generous goodies-milk, cereal, yogurt, juice, chocolates, coffee machine, butter and so much more. Thank you for also showing our little one the possum and for inviting us in for a drink and a chat. It was so, so nice. Thank you, Kurt and Nan! Hope this is not goodbye, but “see you soon again”. This Airbnb is a hidden gem. Very high quality and stylish interiors. Generous with all amenities. Excellent location within easy walking distance to the lake, the train station, CBD, fantastic cafes and the all the gorgeous tree-lined streets in the area. Barbara was a wonderful host. I can’t wait to stay again.

Grandma’s Cottage is set in an incredibly peaceful location. It was extremely clean and comfortable and had all we needed to cater for ourselves. There was plenty of cupboard space which was great. Lots of additional goodies in the cupboards and fresh eggs and milk in the fridge! Naomi was lovely to deal with and was responsive and friendly.

A spacious backyard is shown, featuring a large green lawn surrounded by various trees and shrubs. A storage shed is positioned at the rear, providing additional outdoor space for equipment. The area is open and well-maintained, inviting outdoor activities.

Thanks for having us! after a hectic, cold weekend of Basketball Selena's house was warm and cosy to wind down. beds werensuper comfy, house was beautiful and we loved the addition of the cereal and coffee amenities. also the gas fire was amazing. everyone slept well and we just loved everything about your home. we will be back! thank you again. highly recommend!!

Beautiful place to stay! The house was spacious for 5 people with a beautiful outdoor area as well. The town is walking distance so heaps to do around the area. Geraldine is friendly and super easy to communicate with! She left us a welcome pack with some treats and snacks that were greatly appreciated!! Would definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Jane’s house in Wendouree. The house was exactly as described and was spotless when we arrived. We loved the feel of the house looking out to the garden and thoughtful touches like welcome gifts plus dog bowls for our dogs. We were in Ballarat to celebrate my birthday and Jane was super helpful with suggestions of places for large groups to eat as well as things to do. We loved our stay and hope to return again one day.

Such a great spot located within walking distance of the edge of town. The home was very warm and inviting, beautiful Easter decor and the comfiest beds and couches! Jane was responsive as we arrived early and enquired about checking in early, which we were able to do after a brisk walk of the neighbourhood to kill time. Ballarat in autumn is stunning. The outside of the house is lovely too, lots of outdoor seating/dining options. Would absolutely stay here again! It was very comfortable and homey.

Narelle’s place was absolutely awesome. It was exactly what we needed with a little one and 6 adults. Outdoor space was amazing, wish the weather was a bit warmer to get full use.

We loved our time at Rosie's Cottage. It's in a beautiful setting, comfortable with every kitchen utensil you could want. Lovely bathroom, plenty of air-conditioning for comfort and very comfortable bedding with beautiful linen. The dog safe area was of a good size and provided good sniffing and visual stimulation. We will be return visitors.

Ashlea was an amazing host and very responsive. The house was super kid friendly even having plastic plates, bowls, cups, toys and highchair! The outdoor area was lovely, including a dart board to play. The house has been neatly renovated, whilst keeping its old charm (windows, taps, doors etc give it that heritage feel, which fits in well for Ballarat). We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend.

It was a flying visit to Ballarat to attend a funeral, so we didn’t really get to spend too much time enjoying the apartment. The apartment was warm, clean and very central, it’s a shame it was only for one night but we very much enjoyed our stay.
