Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Golden

Bear haus is such a beautiful property in such a beautiful place. Myself and my family had an incredible stay there and loved all of the thoughtful touches the host had added to the place. It was so cosy, we didn’t want to leave!

The host is responsive and helpful. We had an internet connection issue, she tried every way to help us to solve it. We like the decoration of the rooms and a famous poem of Chinese. I strongly recommend.

A great stay for a ski getaway! All the amenities needed for an enjoyable time. Would definitely recommend Doug’s place to anyone visiting the area!

The Wee Cabin was lovely! Just as described in the listing. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was very clean. It was quiet and peaceful, easy to walk to whatever we could have needed. The host responded very quickly when I asked a question and everything was clearly communicated.

We had such a lovely stay at Rich’s place. The house is very well maintained, clean, very equipped kitchen and beautiful deck and stunning mountains views. He was always very responsive and friendly. We’ll definitely come back.

Had an awesome stay. This place is a gem! Super cozy with the wood stove going. Amazing mountain view from the hot tub. Comfy beds as well. Only minor thing is a few of the cooking basics could be better stocked ie. one little salt shaker that ran out on the second day. Although Brody (host) did give us his number and said to reach out of we needed anything, so our fault for not taking him up on that.

Tiny, very cozy house in quiet neighborhood ideal for up to 4 people. Clean, comfortable, having everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen which we used a lot.

Great stay in downtown Golden. We really enjoyed the balcony for the peaceful views and the cozy home for fun board game evenings. Thanks for the stay!

Nice cozy condo near the base of Kicking Horse. I would definitely stay here again. The condo was perfect for two couples. It was easy to find, check-in instructions were good, and Kristina was very responsive. The condo - kitchen was well stocked and easy to use, the living/dining was comfy, the hot tub was great and had an amazing view, the grill was simple and a bit dirty but worked, the bedrooms were on the smaller side but the beds were comfortable. Getting to the slopes was pretty easy - there is a green run that runs by the condos. It's a bit of a hike up to it, but coming back down to the condo is pretty easy once you find the entrance to the run.

Cozy and spacious place for a small family. The sauna was great after a long day of hiking. Great place to stay if you are driving from Vancouver before heading to Yoho National Park and Banff. Crystal and Gary lent us their bear spray.

We loved the place, the views, the hot tub and all the amenities. Would stay here again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Irene's! Irene and Nick were lovely, as we're Crystal and Gary, our co-hosts. They were quick to respond and provided great recommendations! The place had everything we needed and was a great central location for visiting Banff, Yoho, Kootenay, and Glacier National Parks. They also provided a pack and play for our 9 month old daughter to sleep in, which was very helpful. An added bonus to us was the abundant wildlife right around their house!

I am a solo female traveler and I wanted a quiet place to relax that was located between the national parks in this area. The surrounding area of Field is absolutely beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet. The host was wonderful to work with and made it easy for me to feel at home.

Jordan was very kind and helpful. When I arrived, I immediately felt at home. Everything was as described and the view is stunning! If I ever visit Golden again I would definitely go back to Jordan’s place.

Mike and Claire have thought of everything that you need for your stay. Comfortable living amenities, playard for babies (big enough to fit two!), kitchen stocked with the right amount of basic things needed - all of this plus a detailed guide of things to do in and around town made for a great airbnb experience.

The Aspens was an amazing stay. The airbnb was very clean and cozy. It was exactly as described. The best part is the mountains that surround the area. Would stay again!

Tina and Steve’s place was perfect for our getaway to the many Canadian Nat’l Parks surrounding Golden. The place was immaculate, it was supplied with plenty of kitchenware, the towels were soft, the bathroom floor heated, and the views were spectacular. Also walking distance to some of the best tacos anywhere! Tina and Steve were very responsive to the few questions we had and we would definitely return.

Tina and Steve have a well located place convenient to an excellent coffee shop and brewery. Walkable to anywhere you might want to eat in town, parking is good. You can see the beautiful mountains and skihill from the apartment. It was quiet and clean and had everything you need for a stay here. We appreciated being able to use the laundry and the extra towels for our stay. Thanks for having us!

The suite was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our stay. The unit itself had everything we needed and the nearby walking paths and river were perfect for my dogs. Thank you so much for a great stay! Hopefully we can visit again on our return trip home.

Ski and beach rental properties get ridden hard and put away wet. This building shows its wear, but it is directly on a ski slope on which you can ski to a lift in about 60 seconds or less. Matt’s unit was as described and was very comfortable for our stay. We had no problems with parking, but you may have to park further away during a crowded time of year. Of course, the failure of the gondola at Kicking Horse gave a less valuable ski day, but that has nothing to do with this unit. The full kitchen downstairs looks very complete and you likely could do some real cooking there, but we didn’t. All this for a literal fraction of what the cost would be in the US!

Boo's Den is the perfect place to stay for a ski vacation at Kicking Horse. Great location, beautiful space, friendly and accommodating hosts. Can't wait to come back when the gondola is working again!

Had a great stay in the beautiful condo. Easy ski in/out. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils. Nice furniture, felt like home for a few days.

We had an amazing stay! So much to do and within walking distance to some yummy restaurants. The view was amazing and bed was comfortable. Place was clean and spotless !
