What a wonderful apartment and a wonderful host! I had the most wonderful time. I went as a female solo traveller and I felt incredibly safe the whole time. The apartment was exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth and the instructions were super clear. Palm beach is a short walk away and entry to view inside the ghost town is also nearby. The town is also nearby with some lovely restaurants and very friendly locals. The amenities are wonderful and the mini market staff are super friendly. The pool was always clean and it was a very pleasant place to relax. Dündar was an AMAZING host and was super responsive. He was generous with providing his advice and his warmth via messaging absolutely contributed to the whole experience being very positive. I highly recommended visiting this area and staying in one of Dübar's wonderful apartments. If I ever return to Famagusta, I will be sure to see if Dünbar has availability, as I felt totally at home. Stayed there for a month , felt at home ! Everything you need is near the house, a beautiful beach 500 meters away, shops nearby , good cafes nearby . The house has everything you need and even more , a very large and cozy apartment . I would love to stay or come here ☺️If you have any questions, the host answers right away and helps in any situations ☺️

We had a very good time at Jasemin's Villa. The house is beautifully and quietly located, ideal for travelling anywhere in Northern Cyprus. It is equipped with everything you could wish for. We can only recommend it.

The location of the condo is very nice. I had no problems with check-in and check-out. The view is number ten. Communication with the host was nice. Very close to the casinos. There are items in the house to meet all your needs. In short, you can rent it with peace of mind.
