Stelios' home is fantastic! The home is large and exudes new. The living room is nicely decorated and gives access to a nice terrace with barbecue and swimming pool with lots of sun. There is a sun tent when it gets just a little too much sun. The beds are comfy and new. The second room has 3 adults beds. On the balcony of the room you have a beautiful view: sea pool palm trees. Wonderful at sunrise!!!! There is a parking spot in the shade just in front of the house. There are plenty of shops nearby. Stelios gives you good tips for eating, but you can also just eat at home because the kitchen is big enough. Stelios also gives you many tips on what to visit. We have been in April and that is really recommended because it is not too crowded and too hot. But you can still swim in the sea! Highly recommended! Communication with Stelios is just going well and quickly.

The place is with one word Perfect!! Beautiful villa,with beautiful interior and exterior ,from a to Z everything was amazing! Host was very kind and very fast responsive. She even sent me email of everything around!!Very beautiful to spent meaningful time with family and friends! Definitely recommending and will stay again

This house is just perfect for a holiday! The beach is a 7-minute walk away. You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house is very clean, spacious and bright. And Lambros is very friendly and responsive.

As a family of four we had a very comfortable stay. The villa is beautifully decorated, luxurious feeling, great bathrooms and very well equipped . The kitchen in particular had everything and more. We especially enjoyed watching the sunsets from the balcony, enjoying evening bbq’s and swimming. It’s a lovely quiet location with gorgeous beaches within 10 minute drive. The hosts are very responsive with great local recommendations and we would certainly love to come back!

Great Place to stay in Ayia Napa

An incredible place that completely exceeded my expectations. There is a huge pool, shady spots under olive trees, an open air bar area (with music), a large cozy terrace with various barbecue facilities; and each place is worth enjoying a glass of wine. But the most impressive thing is the gigantic view! You can see the surrounding villages, the mountains and the sea. And with every look you discover something new. The kitchen and living room area are huge, the bedrooms cozy. Our stay was perfect, I'd come back anytime.

Victoria is very hospitable. The place itself is a good furnished with top-quality technic. The pool is common with the near stayed apartments building, but we didn't see almost anybody during our stay, so it could be considered as private. Highly recommend this villa to rent.

Beautiful villa and location. Couple of Local restaurants within walking distance. So peaceful. Extremely helpful hosts. Had an amazing time. Would definitely come again.

A wonderful place for a big family or a group. Many, many facilities in the house. Comfortable, spacey bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms. 2 very well-equipped kitchens. So many games and stuff to do. Was perfect for what we needed. When there was a problem, the host was quick to respond and send a solution. Important to know: the electric key turns all appliances off except one fridge when you leave the house. So if you have food in the second fridge, take note. Be sure to ask the host any questions; they are responsive and there is stuff you might not understand about the house without asking. The area is very peaceful, and secluded. But there isn't much to do in the immediate vicinity.

This is a great villa, it was made with love and care, it's fully equipped and very comfortable. I guess an espresso machine would even make it even better. nevertheless, it's super highly recommended and we had a wonderful stay note: there is a way to connect the euro plug into the Cyprus sockets, you need a pen or something to push the unused hole inside and then it can fit.

Superb villa over looking Paphos area. You will need a car, rely on taxis etc but all good.

We closed the villa 3 months before the arrival date and since Lior helped us everything we needed, helped us find writers , organize a speaker and even check in early. The villa is big and comfortable and the sauna and hot tub are really good There is a comfortable place to have a barbecue and bounce a ball Good communication from hosts Worth every shekel I highly recommend coming !!!!

Family of 12 (5m,1yr,3yr,15yrs - Adult). Extremely impressed with the service by Kyriakos(& team) easily contactable, answering/solving immediately. They provided baby items(monitors, gates, cots, steriliser etc)at no extra cost, arranging for pool to be heated for the babies. The villa was very modern/spotless with all amenities listed-something for all ages. The hot tub was my favourite, especially at sunset! The kids made use of the games room and pool table and there was plenty of sun beds around the pool/on the roof when the pool gets a little shaded. The kitchen was full of utensils, an air fryer, microwave,easy to use oven. Location is perfect, less than 5 min walk to mini supermarket/main strip, the beach a couple of minutes further. You are close to everything yet far enough away that it feels very peace. Check in/check out were easy with Kyriakos providing alternate accommodation until our late flight home. Highly recommended, can’t wait to stay here again! Thank you ☺️

We stayed here as a family of 4 for a week in October. The place matches the description exactly, the cleanliness level is second to none, and Paul went out of his way during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We are already planning to rebook for next year.

We had a lovely stay as a big family at this place. We have travelled to this region a lot as a family but never stayed in this villa or area. We really enjoyed the different area, very quiet and peaceful and the villa was spacious and had everything we needed. The outside space with the sofas was a great place to relax and socialise as a family. Many villas don't have this but we find it really important to have a good space outside to relax in. Highly recommend this villa

We had a wonderful stay in Pissouri. The house was in a perfect location, up on a hill with a stunning view. The property was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and really spacious. The patio area with the pool was so lovely - the pool was clean and the loungers provided gave a real holiday vibe. There is also a very large (and very good!) BBQ which we really enjoyed using. The local village had lots of different eateries and a really friendly and relaxed vibe, there was also a lovely restaurant up on the hill a short walk from the house which also had a fantastic view and amazing food. There were so many different places you could visit within a very short drive, going down to the coast was only about 10 minutes in the car. It was also very accessible for Paphos and Mt Olympus. Rose is a fantastic host and was always available for any questions I might have had. Overall it was a really great experience and we are looking forward to visiting again!

Great place to stay, anytime again. We were totally happy with it The children loved the pool. Even water toys for the pool and drinking water dispenser in the house were provided.

Just excellent! The Villa is situated in a quiet Residential area with similar properties, Just a few minutes from the Edro Shipwreck, a nice Spot to enjoy the Sunset. A couple of restaurants (never tested) and a big supermarket (Philippos) are within a few minutes driving. The villa was outstanding, a very well equipped kitchen, the beds are comfortable and the water pressure in the baths was good. The pool was great and everything was very clean. Check in was easy and communication with the owners was also good. I highly recommend the property and would love to stay there again when coming back to cyprus.

This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

Fantastic villa with great amenities and local information to keep you well fed and watered. Tessa was super attentive and dealt with our few queries very promptly. Pool was cleaned regularly as was the garden and my partner felt safe home alone whilst we were diving - good security features albeit we felt safe where ever we went. Locals very friendly and always gave us a wave and hello! Would I go back? Definitely; super relaxing chilling by the pool and eating out at some lovely local venues to suit all tastes and budgets.

We had a wonderful stay here. Karen’s villa is in a beautiful location and the villa has everything you need - a really homely feel. The pool area and facilities are fantastic and the villa was very comfortable. I feel like all of the ‘little things’ have really been thought about here and they make such a difference. Thank you so much! Would absolutely recommend this stay to our friends and family. Pissouri is also a lovely little village full of charm - although we hired a car to explore the rest of the island we actually chose to come back to Pissouri each evening as we felt the charm wasn’t matched in other parts of the island.

We chose the house in the Cypriot Lapta region for our 5-day Cyprus holiday plan between 16.03.2025_21. I hope we do not have disappointments. I was relieved that Mr. Tamer would contact me in the morning. I told Mr. Tamer that we would rent a car, and he helped us with this. He was extremely interested in the company we rented a car. Since we had a baby, Mr. Tamer left a car seat for us. Thank you very much for his kind behavior. The house is located in a beautiful place, there is a grocery store very close to the house, the house is very clean and had everything to meet our needs. Our 5-day holiday process Mr. Tamer contacted us almost every day and asked if we needed anything, there was a problem with the outlet in the house, he came and checked, then he sent the repairman and the problem was solved. This is the place I will definitely stay for the next holiday program, and I would like to thank Mr. TAMER again and again. All the best.
