Indulge in a luxury spa experience at a tranquil cottage. Follow a garden path from your decked balcony to a private wood-fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, outdoor shower and summerhouse. It's a great spot for stargazing by night and bird-watching by day. Cook in a modern well-equipped kitchen or have a night off, dinner prepared for you by us and brought over to the cottage. Please note that all logs for the hot tub and log burner are inclusive ! We are pet friendly and welcome 1 large breed or 2 smaller breeds of dog. The cottage is situated in the grounds of our own home. While it is entirely private we are on hand if you need anything and Mark can also provide private catering as a highly regarded chef sourcing the best local produce in Cornwall ! The cottage terrace opens out from the bedroom with direct access to the garden and a path which leads to an outdoor spa with wood fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, fire pit and summerhouse. We are located in the adjacent house should you need us for anything at all but offer our guests total privacy otherwise. The choice is yours ! The cottage is in a pretty rural hamlet surrounded by countryside near the market town of Launceston in the county of Cornwall. A car is needed. The cottage sleeps 2 adults in a King sized bed and up to 2 small children (under 12) on the sofa bed.

Nestled in a pretty, friendly village 3 miles from Fowey is our well equipped and homely Cornish miners cottage dating from 1860, under a mile from the beach and just a 10 minute drive to The Eden Project. Pebble Cottage is located on a quiet no-through lane (The Saints Way) which leads to open countryside one way and towards the beach and coastal path the other. There is central heating, a private parking space and fully enclosed, flat, sunny courtyard garden (no steps!) with seating and BBQ.

The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Beautiful Dartmoor house, idyllic moorland setting

The Old National School is a Grade II listed house, nestled in the beautiful hamlet of Sampford Spiney, located within Dartmoor National Park. Dating from 1585, the house sits in an idyllic spot between the Church and picturesque Sampford Manor. Originally the Church hall, it became the parish school in 1887 until 1923. It was only in the 1960’s that it became a residential dwelling. With its varied history, the house is quirky, with its lovely spacious rooms hinting at its eclectic history.

Friendly local pub 300 yards, which also provides takeaway meals. Eden Project 15 minutes drive. Local kayak hire.

Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Unwind from the bustle of every day life & enjoy a relaxed holiday in this traditional Cornish stone cottage. Nested within a rural picturesque valley on Bodmin Moor, The Wren is perfectly located in Cornwall and makes an ideal base for wedding guests attending Trevenna. Moorland walks and stunning lakes are all within close vicinity and both the North & South coasts are within a 30-40minute drive. The A30 & A38 are also easily accessible via car from the property.

Spacious countryside Carpenters Cottage near coast

Our self catering detached cottage is available all year round. A spacious ground floor cottage with views over the garden, it's own parking (with an outside electric socket) and patio area. Between Fowey & Lostwithiel in South East Cornwall. We have one super king size bed. We accept 2 medium sized dogs, by arrangement. The large garden is not fully fenced, we have a mixture of water, hedges and fences as our 3 acre boundary. The patio is completely fenced.

It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor with kitchen, dining area and lounge plus a downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a cosy double bedroom with a king-size bed, a lovely bathroom and another lounge taking advantage of the beautiful harbour and sea views. Private courtyard garden with laundry and access to the harbour and private parking outside the cottage.
