Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und gemütlich, und hat alles, was man braucht, . tolle zentrale Lage. Dimitar ist ein sehr netter Host. Ich kann das Apartment nur empfehlen. Komme gerne wieder.

Zweiter Aufenthalt, unverändert gut, netter Gastgeber sauber und gut ausgestattet zudem sehr ruhig in zweiter Reihe einer mäßig befahrenen Seitenstraße. Parken problemlos am Haus. Technische Ausstattung hervorragend

Wir haben für mehrere Wochen im Apartment gelebt und uns von vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Apartment ist modern, sehr schön eingerichtet und top gepflegt. Wir haben die Nähe zur Dorfstraße mit ihren Geschäften und den Ruhrauen sehr genossen und sind schweren Herzens wieder ausgezogen.

Guten Tag, die Unterkunft war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, um sich wohlzufühlen. In der Nähe gab es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und mit dem Hund konnte man wunderbar spazieren gehen. Alles war in bester Ordnung.

This is how you do Air BnB the right way! Having stayed in a number of Air BnB's this is without a doubt up there as the best yet I have been to. Kimmie was extremely welcoming, responsive and helpful, we couldn't have asked for any more from our host. The house was extremely clean and we very much enjoyed the hot tub and bath! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed ourselves so much we will be going back soon. Kimmie had kindly set up a safe sleeping cot with appropriate bedding for my daughter along with a high chair and toddler cutlery, it's this attention to detail which made the difference for us. If you are looking for a place to stay on a lovely lake with everything you need, do not hesitate to book!

Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes, denkmalgeschütztes Häuschen in einer ehemaligen Arbeitersiedlung, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Ewart and Natalija are great hosts, they were super friendly and helpful, always easy to reach. The house is as on the pictures. Very clean and comfortable, there's everything you would need. It's surrounded by plenty of cute farms and there is a beautiful lake about 20 minutes away walking. If you come in the colder months, I would suggest to bring warm clothing to be at home and slippers, as it gets cold at night.

Het huis was heel mooi en in orde. Alles was aanwezig. Het is een rustige buurt op wandelafstand van het stadje. Maurice is een zeer vriendelijke man die flexibel is en ons hartelijk ontving. 10/10

We hebben een fijn weekend gehad in dit mooie huisje. Heerlijk relaxed en knus. We komen graag nog een keer terug!

We hadden een heel fijne vakantie op deze mooie plek: vlakbij de prachtige natuur van De Veluwe en Arnhem. Het huis was zeer netjes en uitzonderlijk goed voorzien (handdoeken, lakens, volledig uitgeruste keuken, spelletjes, tekengerief, tuinstoelen, ...) Kortom: alles aanwezig om echt tot rust te komen. 's Avonds in de hottub naar de sterren kijken en overdag heerlijk badderen met de kindjes was de kers op de taart.

We feel blessed to have found Heleen's house to stay in - it was perfect for us. The house and garden were both immaculate but homely. The house is well equipped for cooking and eating in (the house or garden) with a dishwasher to clean the dishes. It has a washing machine and dryer, TV, dog toys, children toys, bicycles, two good sized bedrooms (we only used one and the bed was very comfortable), bicycles to use and a good sized, matured, safe garden. Heleen was proactive in sending full and clear details regarding access and how to find everything, and she was very responsive and friendly in contact. A great host. The house is in a lovely quiet location on the edge of beautiful woods. There are other houses very close but it is in a respectful environment with plenty of privacy. The birds and even a red squirrel were regular visitors. Parking was easy in the spaces provided on the drive. We stayed with three small/medium dogs and really hope to stay again next year.

Ons jaarlijkse paasweekend weg is weer fantastisch geweest, mede door de fijne ruimte waar wij verbleven. Dichtbij een kinderboerderij, het Uilenbos. Daarnaast loop je zo het bos in. Het huis is niet groot, maar heel fijn ingedeeld met 3 slaapkamers. De woonkamer is niet zo groot, maar de buitenruimte is heel ruim met fijn terras en overkapt zitje. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien; vaak heb je bij dit soort huisjes dat het aantal borden, bekers en bestek aan de krappe kant is; maar dat is hier volop aanwezig, heel erg fijn. Voldoende pannen en keuken apparatuur. De keuken is erg fijn en de koelkast ruim; wel jammer dat er geen vriesvak is. De communicatie met Anoek verloopt soepel en prettig. Er is veel speelgoed voor kinderen en er zijn boeken en spelletjes. Ook buiten is er het nodige aan speelgoed, er zijn fietsen en een trampoline; barbecue en vuurkorf. Kortom, een geweldig huis in een fijne omgeving. Echt een aanrader!

Mooi en ruim appartement in een rustige buurt. We zijn wezen lopen naar de Altstadt (circa 30 minuten), maar genoeg andere opties om er sneller te komen. Supermarkt om de hoek. Balcon met barbecue en zitje met de zon vanaf de namiddag. Zeker waar voor je geld!

We hadden een geweldig verblijf bij John en Peter op een prachtige locatie, in een stijlvol appartement. De ontvangst was bijzonder hartelijk en we kregen goede restaurant tips. Parkeren kan dichtbij, het bed is heerlijk en er is een ontbijtje voor de volgende dag. Echt een aanrader voor een verblijf in Roermond!

Robert & Corinne are fantastic hosts—clear and accommodating in communication, relaxed and flexible in organization, and warm and welcoming in person. Their home is cozy, inviting, and thoughtfully decorated. Breakfast was delicious, generous, and just the perfect way to start the day. All in all, a perfect stay—thank you both!

Staying for work and the location was ideal as it was close to other colleagues. The amount of sunlight in the main living area and bedrooms was great. I spent two days working in the living area and it was great to sit in the sunlight. If someone struggles with mobility issues, they might have an issue with the staircase.

It's always a pleasure to stay at Frank-Claus' AIRBNB. The apartment is great, location is great and Frank-Claus is a wonderful host. This is probably the 5th time I've stayed and will definitely look forward to my next visit to Monchengladbach. Thank you Frank-Claus for hosting my husband and I.

Un appartement de qualité, propre et spacieux. La ville est assez industrielle, lieu est bien pour dormir . Je recommande.

Wieder war der Aufenthalt bei Elke super. Die Unterkunft war ausgesprochen schön für Ostern geschmückt. Wir freunen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Wir waren über Weihnachten und Silvester in der Unterkunft und wurden auch am Feiertag herzlichst begrüßt. Die Unterkunft hatte alles zu bieten, was man in einem normalen Tagesablauf braucht (Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd/Ofen, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, TV). Vor der Unterkunft durfte man sich mit seinem Auto direkt auf einem der freien Parkplätze stellen, da diese extra für die Mieter ist. Als Begrüßungsgeschenk gabs ein paar Tüten selbstgebackene Plätzchen. Kommunikation verlief stehts reibungslos. Check-In/Out verlief einfach und unkompliziert. Werden definitiv wiederkommen!
