She sent me a link in advance to schedule an appointment for design week and was very careful to provide me with information about transportation around the apartment and how to reach it from the airport. The room was very clean! I really like this apartment and hope to stay next time

Location was perfect. Alberto’s home felt like my own home. Everything was designed beautifully and the home is exceptionally clean. Looks exactly like the photos. Communication with Alberto and Fabio was excellent.

Definitely new structure. The apartment had a beautiful terrace with a view of the rooftops of the city that was very evocative. Well-decorated, clean, and functional spaces. Nothing to object to. In communication, I would improve response times by phone or messaging. During our stay the fire alarm was triggered and communication with the support service was quite slow.
