Villa vacation rentals in Gmunden

Thank you very much for this beautiful place and the very friendly communication. There is really life & space in your four walls and above all in the large, wonderful garden. In the apartment, everything is prepared and perfectly furnished, so we felt right at home. The apartment is very easily accessible and nicely located. We will be happy to come back :)

This house was so beautiful and my family members spent a hilarious and peacefule time in here. Everything was perfect. I'll stay here again if I back to Gmunden. Thanks to Anna.

We had such a great time at Marion and Felix's place. They gave us amazingly great recommendations, and we couldn't even get to them all . If you come here do go to Kondiitorei Grellinger has incredible cakes and ice cream, Hacklpizza has surprisingly GREAT pizza, and Lehamn's Kulturcafe is super-relaxed and the food simple and fresh. You are minutes away from a public swimming spot,and swimming in the Traunstein in July was plenty warn - I thought warmer than the Alte Donau just a few days earlier, and so clean. We didn't miss having a TV at all, it;s such a relaxing place to be - and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the train station where you can get to places like Bad Ischl, and Ebensee if you exhaust the walks in Gmunden. There are great walks at Feuerkogel (Ebensee) and Katrin (Bad Ischl). I hope to come back to Gmunden, and if we do we will certainly stay here or at their loft room. We felt very comfortable. The house is perfect for a family with dog.

Roman's house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and warm. It has three levels, three large bedrooms, with empty furniture for storage, two bedrooms share a balcony, there are three bathrooms, a desk, a pantry with many and varied appliances, lots of kitchenware, several board games, it's ideal. The indoor pool area has an indoor mini garden, with tables and sun loungers. We received the house impeccably clean, it has everything you need and more! We went for Christmas and they even provided us with cookie cutters. The setting is beautiful, the views are incredible, we had cows and even neighboring horses. The house has a terrace with an outdoor dining area, two sleds and next to a hill where we slid in the snow. (It's almost the patio of the house). Ladau is a 20-minute drive from Salzburg, with quick and easy connections. Thanks Roman, we enjoyed your home. We'll be back

Beautiful house, both on the outside and the inside. Nice kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. Large fridge and freezer. A lot of things are made available to you as a guest, of course with the expectation that you handle things carefully. Nice pool, which is easily accessible from all rooms. Pool water was on the cold side!

a very clean, pleasant home. perfect location and home for a family vacation with a large group. everything is tip top in order. Robert is a very friendly and polite host. We immediately got a warm and homely feeling upon arrival. Definitely recommended!
