We, Stephanie and Barbara, welcome you to our CityLake Apartments! Our two apartments are located at Anton-v.-Satori-Straße 1 in 4810 Gmunden and are therefore right in the heart of Gmunden, more precisely directly on the Graben, which, as well as the entire Gmundner old town, has numerous shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Spacious brand-new riverside apartment + balcony

The modern apartment has 50 square meters and was renovated over the last few months. It is on the first floor directly next to the river Traun. It features a lovely balcony and it includes a free parking spot right in front of the house. It is less than 10 minutes on foot to the Gmunden town square. You can swim in the calm river, start your hike straight from the house and in winter quickly reach various ski resorts by car (Kasberg 25 minutes, Feuerkogel 20 minutes, Gosau 50 minutes).

In a beautiful, quiet location on the eastern Traunsee shore is this cozy apartment with fantastic lake views, perfect for those seeking relaxation and active vacationers. A small public swimming area is a 4-minute walk away. Hiking and cycling trails are right at your doorstep, and the valley station of the Grünberg cable car can be reached in a 10-minute walk. The city center can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot or a few minutes by bike via a beautiful path along the lake.

Discover one of our brand new 53 meters tiny houses with spacious terrace and private garden. Our houses are located in a sunny and quiet location at the foot of the Gmundnerberg. Hiking trails start right outside the front door and it is a short walk to the lake. Skiing is just a few minutes by car. Our tiny houses are located on a private road that provides rest and relaxation.

'dasBergblik'

The vacation home dasBergblick is situated in a quiet location and offers plenty of feel-good atmosphere with direct views of the Hoher Sarstein. The Ausseerland lakes and the "Loser" ski resort are a few minutes drive away - snowshoe hikes, walks and bike rides are possible directly from the house. We can accommodate up to 4 people.
