The completely renovated apartment has 40 square meters. It is on the ground floor directly next to the river Traun. It is less than 10 minutes on foot to the Gmunden town square and by car you can quickly reach various ski resorts (Kasberg 25 minutes, Feuerkogel 20 minutes, Gosau 50 minutes).
