Absolutely stunning room, entryway and gardens at this delightful family-owned palace. Really enjoyed talking with the mum and daughter about the history of the purchase of the palace and their ongoing remodelling of the entire palace. Got loads of fabulous decorating ideas and we are already looking forward to staying there again!

We stayed in this tiny house (#1) over new years eve. It's in the middle of the forest which allows for nice walks. The whole property is fenced in. Our dog loved the open space and being a Golden Retriever, also the water. Although it was a bit chilly when we arrived, the house warmed up pretty quickly and we had a nice warm home. There's a spacious shower and two separate bedrooms, one with a proper bed, the other one with a sofa bed. If you can use the outdoor space it's probably fine for a family or small group. In winter though it would get very tight indoors though. The kitchen is small but allows for basic cooking and is well equipped. There's no oven though, and also no dishwasher. Regarding NYE & sensitive dogs: there was occasional fireworks during the day before in the distance and at midnight quite a lot of bangs but they also didn't go on for too long. Inside the sound is quite muffled and together with some brown noise on a loudspeaker our dog didn't notice anything.

Nice stay. We imagined to be a bit further away from the rest of the town, but it was all good, clean, modern, good wi-fi and spacious.

Very happy stay – peaceful and quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. Great communication with the host, everything went smoothly and seamlessly. I recommend!
