The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

Lovely place clean and tidy lovely restaurant with beautiful food chips are to die for ,drinks a bit over priced all in all will probably return in spring or summer 👍

A single room features a 3ft bed with neatly arranged towels. A chair is positioned next to a window, which offers views of the hotel garden and River Wye. A television and a small desk with tea-making facilities are also visible.

the location was absolutely stunning. I've never been anywhere more divine. the hotel was so cute and peaceful. all staff were very friendly and accommodating. no issues with the hotel or anything at all. Will definitely go back and stay again. I never met graham and I did think his communication skills were bad as I had no response from him for a while and it was getting closer to my trip I had to get air b&b to mediate to get him to reply with the location and confirmation of my booking but otherwise I thoughly enjoyed every minute of my stay.

We had a great stay at The Royal Lodge, the staff were all lovely and really helpful. The meal we had in the hitel restaurant was great. The surroundings of Symonds Yat and the Wye Valley are stunning and great for hiking in the forest, watching the deer and boar or just relaxing by the river. Highly recommended.

We had such a lovely stay at Furzen Farmhouse. Honestly one of the nicest Airbnbs we've ever been to. The setting is beautiful, an old country farmhouse surrounded by horses, with a super friendly cat who came to say hi. The garden was a real highlight, especially with the croquet set already laid out, we ended up playing a few rounds and loved it. The bathrooms were also a nice surprise, really modern and done to a high spec. The hosts were so warm and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Just wish we’d been able to stay for a few more nights!

What an amazing lake house!! From the moment of booking until we left, Philip was very communicative and the instructions were clear and were given an online handbook with everything we needed for our trip. The house exceeded our expectations and was perfect for sharing with our family. It had everything we needed and more! The amenities were great, and we all spent a lot of time on the lake (which was beautiful and turquoise) we had our own paddleboards or kayaks (free to use from the house) or the lovely hot tub. Our children loved the swans (and their babies) who came by every day. We would not hesitate to book the house again, I’m sure we will be back. We would 100% recommend. Thank you for a fantastic few days!

Amys place was beautiful and had a real home from home feel. The surrounding area had amazing walks and good pubs locally. I would highly recommend this house. The sofa bed was also in an area that can be sectioned off away from the kitchen and other living area so acts as the third bedroom well. Thank you Amy
