IMPORTANT: There is no electricity or water in the cabin. Generator is available for short use and there is an outhouse in the barn. We cannot guarantee water in the river for bathing. The cabin is a good starting point for several great trips into the mountains, and if you want to relax you can do it in the sun wall with fjord and mountain views or around the fire pit.

"Off the Grid" The tranquility of the forest

At this unique and quiet accommodation you can recharge your batteries. It is true that only the body's battery can be charged because the cabin does not have electricity. It also does not have WIFI and mobile coverage is poor so here you can be left in peace in the middle of nature. The cabin has no running water, and the toilet is of the primitive type called an outhouse. But the cabin is in return easily accessible, you can drive all the way up on a private gravel road. If you want to get away from modern life, you are welcome to stay with us.

Cozy cottage in scenic surroundings for family or friend vacation. Has 2 bedrooms, loft with 2 beds, wood stove in the living room, as well as air conditioning and open kitchen solution with dining table. 2 bedrooms with double bed of 140x200cm. The loft has 2 single beds 90x200cm. Outdoors there are several terraces to enjoy the view from, and you can fire up the fire pan if you want. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. You will find everything you need of equipment in the cabin for everyday use. Chromecast is also available.

Amazing view by the lake

This comfortable cabin are located in the beautiful village Kandal in Gloppen, Sogn og Fjordane. If you are looking for something special, this will be the perfect place. Here you are surrounded by high mountains, a lake, rivers and waterfalls. The area are good for trout fishing, and it's possible for the guests to rent a boat during the summer. If you like hiking, there are many great routs in the area. If you just are looking for silence and beautiful scenery, just sit down and enjoy!

Knausen Panorama Cabins with a beautiful fjordview

Knausen is our holiday retreat which we want to share with you. We can offer two cabins with a total of 9 beds. In cabin 1 you and your family can enjoy your meals at a large table, a well equipped kitchen, a livingroom with a fireplace and one bedroom. In cabin 2 you find a bathroom with wc and shower, a small kitchen and two bedrooms and an attic bedroom. Fantastic panoramaview overlooking the Gloppefjord, only 150 meters distance to the fjord. Several bicycles and seakayaks for free.

Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation. Cozy cabin with a view of the fjord in the village of Tistam v/Utvik. 2 bedrooms with double beds, newer bathroom with shower/toilet, and fully equipped kitchen. Cozy living/dining room with good views of fjords and mountains. No TV or internet, only DAB radio and board games. Large terrace with outdoor furniture. 50 meters from the beach. Please note! Access to the cabin via stairs. Parking at the bottom of the stairs.

Høyseth Camping, Cabin #6

Høyseth is a hidden gem located in the far end of Stardalen valley at the gateway to Jostadal glacier national park. Rent one of our simple and charming cabins that sleep 2-6 persons, put up your tent or park your caravan in the heart of West-Norwegian nature. The camping is an excellent starting point for hiking trips to Haugabreen glacier, Oldeskaret and Briksdalen during summer and Snønipa(1827m) for back country skiing in winter and spring. Come and experience amazing nature!

Approx. 20 min by car from Stryn city centre, and about 30 min to Loen skylift. Wi-fi with fiber speed. Next to the cabin is a barbecue hut that our guests can use (shared with other cabins). It has a new and modern kitchen and bathroom. Tistam is a small, idyllic and quiet place in Stryn municipality. It's perfectly situated near to the fjord in a beautiful scenery known for its spectacular fjords and mountains. Perfect place to relax or as a base for trips and activities in Nordfjord.
