Sandane has 9-hole golf course and we have amazing hiking areas if you like mountain hikes.

The yellow farmhouse!

A charming, spacious farmhouse in a fantastic location with many good hiking and fishing opportunities. The house was built by my great-uncle in the 1930s. Living here is like going back in time with old original furniture from that time. The house is slightly secluded from the main road, which provides a lovely, peaceful atmosphere and it´s safe for children to play outside. There are toys and games in the house and outside there is a garden with fruit trees and berries that can be picked!

Høyseth is a hidden gem located in the far end of Stardalen valley at the gateway to Jostadal glacier national park. Rent one of our simple and charming cabins that sleep 2-6 persons, put up your tent or park your caravan in the heart of West-Norwegian nature. The camping is an excellent starting point for hiking trips to Haugabreen glacier, Oldeskaret and Briksdalen during summer and Snønipa(1827m) for back country skiing in winter and spring. The apartment is located on the first floor of a large residential building close to county road 60, and is, among other things, equipped with underfloor heating, a heat pump, WiFi and everything you need for cooking. Freshly washed bed linen and towels are also included. Private parking for the apartment can be found on the downside of the house. We wish you a wonderful stay!
