Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make you trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". We hope that a stay at the Temple will deliver this experience and stay true to this vision.

This fully modernized and beautifully furnished self-contained apartment forms the rear part of a listed Georgian farmhouse dating back to the 1800's. Located in the village of Cardrona by the River Tweed the apartment is ideally located for mountain biking at Glentress Forest (1.5m) fishing on the Tweed, and walking some of Scotland's most stunning countryside. The apartment intersects the recently opened Tweed Valley Railway cycle path providing easy access by bike to Peebles and Innerleithen.

The Annex is a charming self-contained cottage with private garden, attached to a historic country house in the Scottish Borders. Surrounded by beautiful rolling hills, including part of the Southern Upland Way; tributaries to the salmon and trout-rich River Tweed; and also many miles of forest trails for adventure seeking mountain bikers, our accommodation will appeal to anyone with a love of the great outdoors. 2 miles to the village of Innerleithen for all local amenities & several pubs!

Flat Oot-Central Peebles, cosy flat with character

'Flat Oot' is a first floor, fully reburbished two kingsize bedroom apartment in the heart of Peebles. We are currently working on enclosing our garden area but it already has a bike storage unit and picnic table. Directly outside our private close you are spoilt with restaurants, bars, boutique shops and art galleries. The world renowned Glentress mountain bike venue and 'GoApe' are two miles away, beautiful walks into the local hills, salmon fishing and golf are all on the doorstep.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Bramble Cottage offers couples peace and tranquility in a five star property with lots of luxurious touches. Whilst having a rural location within the heart of the East Lothian county there is easy access to villages and towns, beaches & countryside. Our location is unique – 15 mins direct train journey in to Edinburgh City Centre and then return to the peace and tranquillity of Bramble! Up to 2 well behaved dogs accepted. A car is recommended due to the semi-rural location.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

Situated in the heart of of Innerleithen and the Tweed Valley forest park, Innerhaven offers accommodation in 2 spacious bedrooms with either 2 singles of a King size bed per room. The combined kitchen and social area is the perfect place for chilling out after a long day in the hills and the fully kitted out kitchen means you can get some hearty food on the go. Our bike room with full tool set is accessed from the house so you know your bike will be safe all night.

Abbeymill Farm Cottage

Beautiful, quaint 16th century cottage, lovingly restored as a dedicated holiday cottage. Located in the heart of an old farm guests can enjoy peace and quiet, beautiful views and owners on site. The cottage has benefited from a complete refurb in 2020 and an enclosed private garden. We sit directly on the river bank and walkway to Haddington and East Linton and a bus link directly into Edinburgh in 45 mins. We are around 15mins drive to the coast and North Berwick.

Delightfully cosy, well equipped, simple, central flat ideal for couples, friends or small families. Breakfast goodies to start you off included. The bedroom can be set up as two singles or a kingsize bed. Double sofa bed in sitting room. Garden with apple trees and a summerhouse on decked area. Well equipped kitchen. Please note An additional cost may be charged if there is excessive use of electricity or gas above my fair usage policy as stated in house rules.

After a full day of activities, enjoy the views from the garden or just chill inside in front of the woodburning stove.
