We are just across the Copper River from the Wrangell/St. Elias National Park. The Copper River is within walking distance. Both the Gulkana and the Klutina Rivers are about 15 miles away. Excellent cabin to rest, recover, and base your Alaskan adventures out of! The cabin is small (16′ x 12′) with space for three guests (full and twin bed.) A small kitchenette allows for light food prep (no oven or stove but does have microwave and mini fridge). Coffee and tea is provided. Enjoy a hot shower at the end of your day, and sleep soundly with the help of blackout curtains.

Joe and Megan’s adorable cabin exceeded our expectations! It was comfortable and spotless, the interior appeared new. The cabin is nestled among trees which made for a peaceful and quiet setting. It was exactly what we needed after our 7-hour drive that day. We had a restful night which allowed us to be back on the road at 5:30 am. Joe met us shortly after we arrived and was quite helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this property. Thank you

Great cabin especially if you are traveling with kids, they loved bunk beds so much it was their favorite place from the whole trip. Great little cafe on the property and a really wonderful place for a day trip to McCarthy or on the way to/from Valdez

This little gem is in the Snowshoe Haven Cabins off Rabbit on the Tok Cut-Off. Very rustic Alaskan but with all the comforts of hot running water and full kitchen. Loved it!

The Bear Cabin I was staying in was very warm and cozy. The beds are extremely comfortable, especially for a guy that have travelled the whole day and just needed some rest. The bathroom is public, however it is basically shining. Overall my stay in Golden Spruce was totally worth it.
