Our much loved holiday home on Loch Tay is set in Scotland's most spectacular scenery, sited on the Heart 200 Road Trip through Perthshire. We are lucky to have a private shore, where you can sit amidst the rocks and trees, make a campfire or paddle in the loch . Rock Cottage's lounge with log burning stove is an ideal place to return to after taking part in outdoor sporting activities. Our grounds offer play, picnic and water areas. It is a great place to read or relax and watch the wildlife.

West Cottage is a typical Scottish country cottage among mountains in beautiful Glenlyon. Comfortable and peaceful. Beautiful, interesting interior with thousands of books. Central heating and wood burning stove. Original range in kitchen, two double bedrooms with a double bed each, both with an extra single bed. There's a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge. There's no dishwasher, freezer, or washing machine. Let us know if you want anything washed or frozen.

Cochill burn bothy, Perthshire.

The bothy is part of an old stone building, it's compact, cosy and recently renovated. Nestled in woodland by Cochill burn, it offers a rural setting with ample oppurtunity for spotting our resident red squirrels. It sits close to our house, but with it's own access and small garden. It is centrally placed to access Perthshire and it's many oppurtunities for outdoor activities, between the attractive historic town of Dunkeld and market town of Aberfeldy both at 8 miles away.
