South Park Hill home on the East Side of Denver. Near I-70, near the Central Park light rail stop (to head downtown or DIA), & two major bus lines. Light-filled basement level unit with lots of art, microwave, fridge, smart TV, WIFI, and a brand new queen size bed. Near Stanley Marketplace, shops at 23rd/Oneida & more. Access is through the garage off the alley. I am 6 mi to Ball Arena, 11 mi to Empower Field, & 27 mi to Red Rocks. I have a new dog, Daisy, who will join me in greeting you.
