It is also surrounded by the best hunting and fishing locations in the Mid-west.The house is located only 10 miles from Lovewell State Park, 10 miles from the Jamestown Marsh Wildlife area, and 40 miles from Waconda Lake . Also, Belleville, Beloit and Concordia are all within a 30 minute drive.

This is a cozy little private space located in a small Volga German community known for the St. Fidelis Catholic Church, or "The Cathedral of the Plains," built from 1908-1911. The parish was was declared a minor basilica in 2014 and is one of the "Eight Wonders of Kansas." Victoria is located approximately halfway between KC and Denver and just a mile from I-70. It's a great place to stay the night and still be able to ski the slopes of Colorado the next afternoon if that is your destination.

Elm Street Lodge, located just one block from Main Street, is centrally located and is within walking distance to anything you will need for your stay. It features an open floor plan with beautiful original hardwoods and molding throughout the house. Just 20 minutes from the nearest lake where you will find great fishing as well as waterfowl hunting. North Central KS is also home to some of the best deer, turkey and upland bird hunting you can find.

We do charge per guest. Pets are allowed but we do ask that you tell us ahead of time you are bringing them, they are not left unattended, and you clean up any messes inside and outside. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Comfy home that can sleep 8 people. The only space that is off limits is the garage and a small locked closet inside the home. Cars can be parked under the car port and protected from elements.
