The stay was just what I needed for refreshment on a business trip. There were lots of teas, fresh filtered water and multiple beds to choose from. When I forgot my hairdryer, she was gracious to bring one to me and I found her and the home to be both accommodating and welcoming. I look forward to the next time I am in the area to book another stay.

We were in town for our nieces wedding for a couple days. The house was perfect for our family. Beautiful home that was very clean and cozy. My kids loved the space upstairs. Everything was easy from check in to check out. Would definitely book again next time we are in Concordia.

Great accommodations! Michele has updated an old house and made it cute, welcoming and modern -feeling. The house has two bedrooms with a bath upstairs and two twins with a large bathroom in the basement. All the amenities were there, including coffee and Keurig pods, muffins, snacks, bakery cookies for each guest, and salad dressing for our salads! Two large TV screens made it feel just like home. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was spotless. Best of all was Mechelle’s promptness in answering any questions we had. Thank you, Mechelle for making sure our stay in Concordia, KS was wonderful!

My second time staying at the lodge. Great place to stay if you are in the Republic County area. Very short walk to the local brewery and shopping. I’ve always stayed with small groups, but this place could accommodate many more. Very comfortable beds and living room kitchen area. Will be staying here again!

anyone who has visited the bustling city of Smith center knows that there aren't a lot of options for places to stay. when we found our typical accommodations booked for a funeral we were attending we got nervous and proceeded quickly to Airbnb. we found this place available and snapped it up. we found it very similar to our former preferred accommodation and felt fortunate to have found it. the apartment was spotless and provided everything we could have needed. they even had a candle which seemed like a lot of trust for strangers, but it was so nice and made it feel like home. the bed was more comfortable than expected and overall we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and recommended it to our family in the area as a great option. Elizabeth was also easy to get ahold of and very helpful during a difficult and stressful trip.

Super cute and cozy home! Easy access to everything in town, and very quiet at night in the neighborhood! The house is very charming and very clean!! Holly made it easy to check in and everything you would need is in the home! Will definitely book again!!

Our accommodations were great!!! It was clean, modern and we loved the 85” TV. The beds were very comfortable and furniture was well placed and we appreciated the throws to use while watching TV. We highly recommend this property!!

It was like you were hanging out at your grandparents house while they were out of town! Mainly, I'm referring to the nostalgic VHS experience, as well as the vintage touches in glassware, etc. There were also modern features to appreciate (smart TV, furniture, and comfy beds). Sublime location for any event in Courtland!

I booked this to accommodate my team of 6 people for a very short lived 1 night stay on a road trip and it was perfect for us! It was important to enter the address correctly into Google maps rather than Apple, but I checked the route with Kristy and we got there with no issues. Everything was very clean and welcoming, and any issues we had, we reached out and got a response very quickly. Lovely house and communicative host!

This place was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for our stay. Love the country setting. The place was updated and very clean.
