Discover Istria - renovated stone house

Casa Nona Roza was built by our family members in the early 20th century and it was a home of our grandparents. It was completely renovated in 2017, keeping in mind keeping the spirit of old times, combining Istrian tradition with all the elements of modern life. What makes it special is the use of traditional material: massive stone walls, wooden floors, wrought iron fence. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, dining room and living room combined in a single with air-conditioning , large bathroom and games room (darts, soccer table, bike room). On the second floor there are 3 rooms. Two bedrooms with double beds are air conditioning. One of them has the TV. The third bedroom has two single beds and the possibility of heating for cold days. Also on the same floor there is a large bathroom. What dominates the garden is a large meadow with a centennial tree under which in the afternoon you can be in the shade. In the back of the house there is a well built in 1920. Inside the building there are two parking spaces, one of which is covered. The whole property is surrounded by old walls.

Udaljeni smo od mora i plaže svega 20minuta. Obližnji prekrasni stari gradovi Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj udaljeni su 5-15minuta te staza 7 slapova 15min.

Die Unterkunft entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und ist genauso wie auf den Fotos dargestellt – absolut authentisch! Die Villa ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber, bestens gepflegt und hervorragend ausgestattet. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und perfekt für erholsame Tage. Darko und sein Bruder Dragan waren äußerst zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und sympathisch – ein großes Dankeschön an die beiden! Wir können diese Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten eine absolut wundervolle Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus! Das Haus ist nicht nur sehr stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sondern strahlt auch eine besondere Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit aus. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf Qualität und Wohlfühlatmosphäre gelegt wurde. Der naturbelassene Garten ist ein echtes kleines Paradies – perfekt zum Entspannen, Lesen oder einfach, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die herrliche Ruhe, die das Haus umgibt, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an erholen kann. Unser Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Man spürt, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Auszeit!

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Komplett neu und tip top sauber und gepflegt. In dieser Wohnung war ALLES vorhanden. Wasser für die Gäste, Waschmittel, AntiMücken Zeug, Bügeleisen, Fön, Nähset, Besteck und Gläser, Holzbretter, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, und und und. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Wahnsinns Terasse mit cooler Lounge und Wäscheständer 😊 Die Gegend ist etwas weiter außerhalb aber dafür komplett ruhig. Orena war freundlich und ihre Mutter auch. Wir konnten flexibel ein und auschecken. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
