Charming Townhouse near Copenhagen

The townhouse includes 4 separate bedrooms. All in all a total of 6 beds: Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a pull-out bed which can sleep 2. Downstairs you’ll find 2 bedrooms with single beds. One bathroom with a shower and an additional washroom in the basement, which also includes a washing machine. Very cozy combined kitchen and dining area and a bright and nice living room which overseas the front yard. A nice big deck / wooden terrace in front of the house with more or less sun all day and a more private back yard which has evening sun, which is ideal for those outdoor BBQ'ing nights! Down the street there is a big variety of grocery stores / supermarkets as well as numerous take-away places. A public library and a nice small lake / marsh very close by, which allows for nice walks or runs. Very ideal place for families travelling with children! 7 minutes from a local S-train station which takes you to the heart of Copenhagen in 15 minutes.

First floor of a terraced house in the farming village

The first floor is rented out and the landlord lives on the ground floor. We share the entrance, and otherwise it's completely separate. The rental includes a large room with two beds and a small room with one bed. Possibility of air mattress for extra sleeping space. Private bathroom and repos with fridge and electric stove, coffee maker and tea bags (not kitchen). The place is centrally located in Lyngby overlooking Bondebyen, 500 meters to Lyngby Storcenter, 600 meters to DTU. Via Bondebyen you can quickly reach the Frilandsmuseet and Brede. Smoking is not allowed.

For a very calm quietly person , The room is in the lower floor of the house in same level as ground garden level , as is also private intrance Its not allowed to smoke in the House or garden No candlelights . Shared shower toilet and Washmacine . In practice the floor of the room is mainly used by the Airbnb guest . Close to grossery Lidl direct DTU train and buss No cpr/HLR.or yellowcard reg. 3 floorhouse , shared areas r not heated ,only heating in Room . Bring own hanger lock for room

On the 1st floor, there is a nice room with a double bed of 160 cm and TV, and a nice toilet with bath. In the living room you will find a nice kitchen, and a nice living room with dining area and large sofa and TV. In addition, there is a beautiful garden, to enjoy both the morning sun and the evening sun. There is free parking behind the house, which is also a closed road.

Relax with your family or some friends in this fantastic townhouse in first row down towards recreational nature and nearby the neighbourhood of Nørrebro and the city center of Copenhagen. The house is located at the end of a small closed street in a calm residential area right next to a forest grove and the green area Utterslev Mose where you can go for a nice walk around the lakes and with good connections to the city center (approx. 20 minutes by bike or bus).

This accommodation is only 12 km from Copenhagen, close to shopping and train station with direct trains to the city center every 10 minutes. The home contains a fully equipped kitchen, living room with piano, two bedrooms, bathroom and guest toilet. Outdoors are several nice seating areas, both under the covered terrace and by the cozy outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Perfect for a lovely evening in the summer.

The first floor offers a bedroom, children's room and toilet. Ground floor with kitchen and exit to beautiful terrace and child-friendly garden. In the basement is the bathroom.
