Super Unterkunft. Sieht genau so aus woe auf den Bildern und ist sehr gemütlich. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Unschön sind die Baustellen rund um die Siedlung, aber der Lärm hat sich echt in Grenzen gehalten. Kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Nous sommes restés une nuit à Vila Flobant. l'appartement était très propre et bien rangé. l'hôte Lena est une femme très aimable et nous a donné quelques adresses afin de nous restaurer. la vue depuis la piscine est incroyable.

Nous avons passez plusieurs jours chez Nikola, qui nous as accueilli généreusement ! L’endroit est magnifique et est très bien situé si vous voulez visiter toute la côte. La vue depuis les chambres est splendide et vous pouvez même prendre un petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine ! Merci Niko !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison tout est conforme a l'annonce, très propre. Très bon accueil et très serviable, je recommande ce logement très spacieux.

apesar de só ter me avisado 2 dias antes que a piscina do condomínio não poderia ser usada e não responder uma pergunta sobre um ventilador da casa, mesmo depois de ter lido. o apartamento era muito bom, limpo, agradável, relativamente perto das atrações interessantes, local pra parar o carro, nada a reclamar do apartamento, voltaria novamente

A fantastic cottage with everything you need. An elite holiday for an elite company. Seven of us could easily fit in. You can get to the beach by electric car. The attitude of the beach staff spoiled the holiday: for such an elite village, they could have included the use of umbrellas and sun loungers in the price, instead of setting a price of 80€ for them. These are the most expensive beach equipment that I have ever seen in the world. Although we are not poor people, paying half a thousand dollars for the beach was stupid, and we lay on the rocks, which spoiled our holiday. Perhaps there is an opportunity to use all this for free, but the owner did not tell us about this opportunity.

Wir verbrachten eine erholsame Woche im Ferienhaus in Upper Qeparo. Besonders genossen haben wir die Ruhe des Dorfes, den Blick in die Berge, den Pool und die Freundlichkeit der Menschen im Dorf. Täglich kehrten wir bei Ida & Xhorxhi ein, egal ob für einen Kaffee, ein Bierchen oder fehlende Lebensmittel...auch das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker. Etwas herausfordernd ist allerdings die Anfahrt bzw. die Parkplatzsituation im Dorf...nichts für schwache Nerven. Schade ist, dass es so viele Müllecken gibt und scheinbar jede/r seinen Müll irgendwo abwirft, wie überall im Land. Alles in allem sind wir sehr froh an diesem besonderen, friedvollen Ort gewesen sein zu können.

Amazing place. Villa has a very good location, is very spacious and has everhthing you need. The pool is big enough for a family. Shkurte was very helpful all the time and very responsive. Totally worth it

We had a truly wonderful stay at Rudina’s place in Gjirokastër! I stayed with my family, and from the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and at home. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. Rudina was an exceptional host – kind, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. She even gave us great local tips that made our stay even more special. The location is ideal, within walking distance to the old bazaar and the castle, yet peaceful enough to enjoy quiet family time. We highly recommend Rudina’s place to anyone visiting Gjirokastër – it’s perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking to experience the city in the best way possible. Albana is a really excellent host. She is exceptionally friendly and helpful. She welcomed us with coffee and sweet treats, and was responsive when we had questions, and gave us tips about the local area. She had even made some jam for us, which we enjoyed for breakfast. The apartment is great - exactly as described, with a beautiful courtyard under a grapevine that is nice to sit and read. It is in the perfect location to explore the old town. Fantastic value for money. We will definitely stay with Albana again if we visit Gyrokaster in future.

Le logement de Sonija correspondait à la description. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillit par le père de Sonija et sa famille. Très belle plage à proximité (sauf quelques déchets qui semblent être assez present dans toute l albanie). Vue exceptionnelle depuis le logement. Quelques petits commerces à proximité ainsi que de très bons restaurants qui peuvent paraître simple mais où nous avons très bien mangé ! Très bonne communication avec Sonija, réponses rapides et claires. Les voisins rencontrés sont authentiques et même si nous ne pouvions pas communiquer à cause de la langue, il y avait toujours un sourire ! merci encore sonija !!

Don't think about it. Just book this place now! This was exactly the kind of place I was looking for. I was staying in Sarande at a hotel prior to booking this place. The hotel was great but I wanted something closer to the REAL Albania. I found it here. I was actually surprised that I found this place on Airbnb. It was old school Airbnb...where someone opens up their home to you and you are able to experience the hospitality of the host or hostess. It's not your typical Airbnb place either. This is a typical family farm that is found in so many places in eastern Europe. It is not the kind of farm you would find in Canada or the US that are hundred of acres in size. The home is situated on about 0.5 acres or 0.2 hectares of land surrounded by the typical rock walls you find surrounding many homes in Albania. What kind of animals do you find here? Chickens, sheep, goats, rabbits and even ducks. Yes, there is a garden for vegetables and grape vines throughout the property. Please don't think this a petting zoo farm... this is a working family farm that provides food for the family and you if you stay here. It is a modest home that has been in the family for many years, it is on a plot of land that has provided the food and shelter for the family for countless generations. I have nothing but enormous respect for the hostess and her family. It was the kind of home that my parents grew up in Ukraine. This is what attracted me to this place. These people are salt of the earth. Humble, happy and proud. Respect. I could write a short book about my stay here. To sum up, it was wonderful. I have stayed at my fair share of Airbnb places, but this is my most favorite place ever. I did not want to leave and I do plan to return and stay much longer than the ~10 days I was there. What are the highlights of my visit? 1. The hostess Alexandra and her dear mother. Real people. 2. Coffee with fresh goat milk every morning. Yes, it's that good. 3. The sunrise in the valley. Breathtaking. 4. The amazing hikes up the mountain and in through the valley. There are so many ruins and hidden cool places to discover. 5. Taking the goats and sheep grazing in the morning. Yes I did that!!! 6. I'm not going to give it all away...book this place and I'll let you discover all the wonderful things here on your own. Alexandra and her mother don't speak English. This was not a problem at all. I downloaded the microsoft translator to my phone. It allows two people to communicate back and forth at the push of a button. It made communicating with the hostess very easy. I had many wonderful conversations with Alexandra and her dear mother many times using this translator. So you will be just fine. Look... this is a farm. It smells like a farm where the animals live and it has bugs...get over it. If you are looking for Disney World or the Ritz Carlton...look somewhere else. This place is perfect the way it is and I will be returning in the near future. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The internet works great. My cell phone worked just fine. It has a great stove for cooking and a washing machine to wash your clothes. It has a TV, but why would you watch TV when you are in such a wonderful environment to explore? There are places to buy groceries to cook food...OR...you can arrange with Alexandra to prepare meals for you each day. That is what I did. Breakfast and dinner. So I didn't have to cook or buy anything extra to survive. It's up to you. I chose to eat home cooked food from the farm...how can you beat that??? There is so much more to say...but... Don't think about it. Just book this place now!

Was a great village of true albania.Very quiet place.Only thing is that you have to drive 10km without asphalt which was ok for me

We felt so welcome and immediately at home during our stay. Lorenz, the host’s son, was incredibly sweet and helpful. He spoke perfect English, which was so helpful. The house was exactly as described, tidy and clean. We would definitely come back to stay and recommend it to anyone else.
