Juliabuda rorbuer is located in Haugsbygda on Gurskøya. Juliabuda was built in the 1860s and we can offer an evocative stay in this authentic sea scene where there has been both herring salting, post office and shop. The waterfront cottage has a quay facility with the possibility of swimming, enjoying views of the fjord and the islands in the ocean gap or a glass of good wine with the food. An excellent holiday home by the lake on 2 floors, with living room, kitchen and bathroom on the 1st floor and bedroom on the 2nd floor. Good large terraces on the patio with great sun conditions. Short distance to Larsnes city center. Many trips in the surrounding area, and a short drive to both Ulsteinvik, Herøy and Ørsta/Volda. Rental of kayak and bicycle is included in the price. Juv is much more than just a house and a bed! Gamlestova was the original farmhouse and has the same amazing views as Juvsøyna on Juv and Gamletunet on Juv. From the canopy bed in the living room you can wake up to the sunrise and if you are lucky follow a tourist boat on its way to Olden with your eyes. In the evening you can fire up the stove, feel the good heat, read a good book and fall asleep to the light of the flames and the sound of the wood stove nearby. NB! Outdoor hot tub and car charger are not included in the rental price.
