In our lovely large basement apartment of about 90 m2, you get just a little extra for your money. There is a large, luxurious bathroom with a wellness shower. I've made the beds, and the towels are ready. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, and electric kettle. Bedroom, entrance, large living room, and a room with two beds. The apartment has marble floors and underfloor heating and is located in the basement of the house. It is only 100 meters to Rema, 500 meters to the center of Ikast and 10 minutes by car to Herning.

The apartment has a super nice kitchen, living room and dining room in one. The kitchen has ALL the necessary equipment. Bathroom with shower and two-person massage spa. Two bedrooms. The private courtyard faces southwest. Half of it is a large covered terrace. The location is in the center of the city with a 5-minute walk to the beach, harbor environment, pedestrian streets, eateries and shopping. The TV is with the DR app and Chromecast. There's also a butcher shop, with delicacies and ready-made meals. There is a good playground for both small and older children. Private entrance to apartment on the 1st floor. I live on the ground floor myself and can often help with questions. I can help with toys and things for smaller children. There is a key box. It is NOT possible to bring pets and to smoke indoors
