Mattia and Ezio's house is very nice, with attention to detail and immersed in a wonderful and relaxing environment. The house and garden have all the amenities you can want, even what you don't expect! Mattia and Ezio were more than kind and made us feel at home and pampered. Highly recommended and replicated experience!

The house is very nice, characteristic and spacious. The garden with bbq is enjoyable and the house really has EVERYTHING you could need. We were 2 families and we always had at least 1 meal a day at home and we had everything we needed. Washer and dryer present. We went during Easter week, the village was uninhabited, but the house is in the Majella park and many trails start from there. In addition, the location is not bad because it is halfway between the L'Aquila area and that of Pescara. Clearly you have to get around by car, but you can easily reach many wonderful places. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away, the restaurant 10 minutes. It was the vacation we wanted, for us it was beautiful!

We were warmly welcomed by Simonetta himself. We felt right at home and she gave us the necessary explanations of the accommodation. If we need anything else, in terms of taxi, bicycles,... she arranged that for us. I could live there myself in the stay, very cozy and cozy. Like it can be seen in the photos. The beach is within walking distance. I can't list minus points actually that we experienced during the stay. Super stay and super host. Thank you Simonetta for the warm welcome.

I had a wonderful stay in Ortona with family and friends, in an apartment immersed in the Abruzzo countryside. The area is really quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect for those looking for relaxation and serenity. The beauty of the hilly landscape and the silence around make this place a true oasis of peace. The apartment was well cared for and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spaces were spacious and bright, and the view of the surroundings offered a real spectacle, especially at sunset. The host was exceptionally helpful and attentive, ready to respond to any needs or concerns. He also gave us great tips on what to visit nearby, helping us discover some of the most characteristic places in the area. The location of the apartment is strategic: in a few minutes by car you can reach the main points of interest, from the beaches of the Trabocchi coast, to the historic villages! Definitely recommended!

We spent seven weeks in Franco's loft house. Everything was perfect! The place is extremely quiet and the views are breathtaking. Franco is a discreet but extremely available and responsive host. Communication was excellent before our arrival and throughout the stay. Montesilvano Colle is a very pretty village and it is the starting point for many walks, each more wonderful than the last. One thing is certain: if we can return to this accommodation, we won't hesitate for a second!

We can recommend Angelo and his place unconditionally. We felt super comfortable and enjoyed the view. Angelo was always there for us and is a very special person. The tranquility is wonderful and should also be respected towards the neighbors, especially at night.

The listing is in a very nice place. The infinity pool is huge with stunning views. The house is very well maintained and the garden is beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They took great care of us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we return to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

The house is in a very quiet place. It has everything you need, I found the mattress very comfortable. Great bathroom. The road behind the house leads to the plain of the voltiglio, in 15 minutes you can get there very comfortably. Excellent paved and large roads, which is not a given in the mountains. Nadia was very helpful in recommending areas to visit, parties and more. We had a great rest. All I can do is recommend the accommodation. No problem with our big dog either. Outside there is a small grill that does its job. From where I live, the road is long, but if I want to go back, I'll definitely stay here. Thank you for everything

Jacopo was a very attentive host and responded to us in a few minutes if we had any questions. We enjoyed the sun on the lovely terrace. Not forgetting the nice restaurants in the coastline.

Livia and Roberto were great hosts, kind and willing to help us, from tips on restaurants to medicines when we were not well. The accommodation is clean and comfortable as shown in the photos, and above all it has a nice garden overlooking the sea and with the right for guests. To stay in the apartment it is good to have a car, which can be conveniently parked on the street at no extra cost. Shops and supermarkets are easily found nearby. Our stay was pleasant and I recommend it to those visiting Montesilvano and Abruzzo.

The place was great, even during the off-season. Good location, amplr room, good appliances. During the off-season, make sure to make reservations for restaurants since some are closed and the popular restaurants fill up.

The four of us had a great time in Grottammare. The apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator. The location is great and the view fantastic.

The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The places he recommended left us pleasantly satisfied.

Alessandra is an excellent host, and her apartment is a great place to stay. She sent us precise information about check-in, and was there to greet us. She offered information about the local area, and was there to answer questions.

Thank you for your stay. Everything was very well organized, and the connections to the vineyards and experiences were great. A good apartment for autumn, with great heating and you can feel at home with all the amenities. I have a request for my next visit - there are no grappa glasses that taste better in the fall:)

This place had a breathtaking view and is very spacious with 4 terraces. The photos really don't do justice, but it actually is a two-story penthouse on the top of an apartment with a living room, kitchen, bathroom in the first floor and two bedrooms, another bathroom, and a family room in the second. Luigi was very responsive and kind. The neighborhood is quiet and a nearby restaurant (Ristorante La Locanda del Conte) served amazing Norcina pasta and arrosticini, highly recommended. The scenery is so beautiful that we regretted not booking the place for multiple nights. Just one note, there is a rude neighbor in the apartment, but he apparently is rude to everybody, so don't feel too hurt. And there is no wifi in the house, so be aware of that!

We returned again this year to this apartment, which is perfect for us: always very clean, fully equipped, with the large terrace from which you can see the sea and the huge garage where both the car and the bikes are comfortably stored. It's close to the sea and bike paths. Uanita is always very kind and helpful. We always have a great time!

We arrived mid September after spending some time in Rome and the Amalfi and needed a relaxing time Which the location and Milas apartment provided. The location is quiet, beech Awsome you can walk for miles and we did. Inside the apartment we didn’t want for anything. A great experience for our first Airbnb 👍 thanks Mila.

A nice clean apartment. We only spent one night but the access to the beach on foot allowed us to take a beautiful walk along the coast. A little early for the season because not everything was open but fish bowl to eat! A warm welcome in a beautiful area that certainly deserves more than a day.

The most wonderful place to stay. Francesca is the most welcoming, thoughtful, kind, friendly and helpful host and it has been an absolute delight staying in her apartment. The apartment is perfect. The balcony overlooks the sea, and the apartment has everything you need to feel at home. The location is perfect as it’s next to the sea and the city centre. The local restaurants are so close and there are many to choose from. We hired bikes from shop round the corner and rode to Montesilvano which was a flat rode along the seafront, so would recommend if you like that type of thing. There are lovely shops in the city centre and after a long day out either at the beach or shopping or exploring, the apartment is the most relaxing place to come home to. It’s spotless, modern, bright and the bed is very comfortable. Would highly recommend and thank you again Francesca for being the most delightful host ❤️

Cosy apartment surrounded by nature and trees which is very important to us. Unfortunately it rained most of the time we spent there but still we found the time to enjoy good food and drive around the area. Adriano really goes the extra mile to ensure we had a good experience and stay, very friendly and responsive. You can tell being a host is his passion.

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. we spent a night during our vacation, we were friendly welcomed, the flat is beautiful and we had everything we needed. the area is beautiful and peaceful. Just few minutes away from the beach, but in a quiet area. Next time we will come for longer!
