Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Githio

I cannot be more thankful to Sophia and her family for taking me in on short notice. The flat I stayed in was clean, comfortable and delightful. Everything I needed for breakfast in the morning was home-cooked, plentiful and delicious during my time I felt as if I was adopted by a lovely Greek family. I happily recommend staying here. The location is minutes from the city center, which made sleeping at night, quiet and peaceful.

Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Καθαρό και άνετο, είχε όλες τις ανέσεις και σε βολικη τοποθεσία στο κέντρο του χωριού. Και η συνεννόηση με τον Δημήτρη και την Φανή άψογη!

Τι να πω για την Κέλλυ! Ένας καταπληκτικός άνθρωπος σε ένα πανέμορφο χώρο! Η Κέλλυ μετά από αίτημα που κάναμε είχε την ευγενή καλοσύνη να μας επιτρέψει να κάνουμε μια μικρή μάζωξη στο χώρο της με catering. Ήταν ονειρικά, μια στιγμή για εμάς πολύ σημαντική που θα θυμόμαστε για πάντα! Ευγενική, γλυκιά, φιλόξενη! Πάντα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε! Κάναμε κράτηση ολόκληρο το σπίτι, ένας πολύ μεγάλος χώρος έτοιμος να φιλοξενήσει αρκετά άτομα και πολύ όμορφος! Ένας κήπος υπέροχος, εξαιρετικά περιποιημένος! Είμαστε πολύ χαρούμενοι που επιλέξαμε αυτό το χώρο και ευχόμαστε ο δρόμος μας να μας ξαναφέρει σύντομα εκεί! Ο χώρος είναι κατάλληλος και για ανθρώπους που θέλουν ησυχία Και απομόνωση. Είναι ανάμεσα σε χωράφια με ελιές και απέραντο πράσινο! Μόλις 15 λεπτά από το κέντρο της Καλαμάτας και 4 λεπτά από τη Μεσσήνη! Δε μας δυσκόλεψε τίποτα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ ❤️🌸

We had a very nice stay here for a few days. The location is pretty good - 10 mins walk to the lovely mostly sandy beach with a friendly beachside taverna. Everything else is a drive but lovely Gythio is only a few minutes drive away. Great location to access the Mani and ancient sites. The apartment was very nice. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable. Plenty of room to sleep and balconies on 3 sides for cooling breezes. Erini was very responsive and made us feel welcome to stay. Good clear instructions on how to find it and work everything.

We spent two absolutely wonderful weeks at this dream location in the Peloponnese, nestled in a beautiful olive grove. The atmosphere is truly magical, with spectacular scenery surrounding the property—from green hills to the blue sea visible in the distance. It is the perfect place to disconnect from the daily hustle and enjoy the tranquility of nature. Our hosts, Nasia and Tasos, were incredibly kind and welcoming. They greeted us with generosity and took care of every detail, making our stay extremely comfortable. They were always available to offer recommendations on places to visit or activities to do in the area, which made our vacation even more special. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic spot surrounded by the beauty of Greek nature. Without a doubt, it's a place we would return to with great pleasure! A nice and well equipped apartment close to city centre, the market and the bus station. We stayed for three weeks and had everything we needed. The balcony with a lot of greenery is an extra plus! We had good communication with Palina, who is a very considerate host. We would love to come back!

η Ελλη είχε φροντίσει μέχρι και την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια , έτσι ώστε να σε κάνει να νιώθεις σαν στο σπίτι σου . , υπήρχαν όλα τα υλικά που χρησιμοποιήσαμε για το πρωινό μας καθώς και υλικά στο ψυγείο . Τα υλικά καθαριότητας είτε για το σπίτι είτε για την προσωπική υγιεινή επίσης ήταν διαθεσιμα στο χώρο ! Ηταν πρόθυμη να εξυπηρετήσει με πολύ ευγένεια και ζεστασιά!

We had an excellent stay at Evangelos! The flat overlooks a charming, lively square with restaurants, cafés and small shops. And best of all: lovely walks and archaeological sites nearby.

The house is beautifully designed and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay—whether for cooking, relaxing, or keeping warm on chilly nights. The fireplace was a highlight for us after long days of hiking and climbing. Eirini gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, which was especially helpful since the road to the house is quite narrow. That said, we managed fine with an SUV (Dacia Duster). The location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of hiking trails in the area. After a full day outside, it was great to return to such a cozy and inviting home. We were three adults staying for five nights on a hiking and climbing trip, and the place suited us perfectly. Highly recommended!

Wow, what a gem! We spent nearly three weeks in Greece, mostly staying at Airbnb properties, but George, our host, truly stood out. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful. George met us at the gate, helped carry our luggage during check-in, and provided us with more than enough food and water. He also gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and sights and checked in to ensure we were doing well. When we checked out at 6:30 a.m., he was there again to assist with our luggage. George was a truly exceptional host. The house's location was perfect—right in the heart of Monemvasia, just a few minutes' walk from numerous restaurants. Monemvasia itself was a magical place; it felt like stepping back into medieval times. We feel incredibly fortunate to have met George and stayed in his home. Thank you for sharing your precious house, which has been in your family for generations!

The ‘welcome to your holiday home’-goodies were incredibly thoughtful and equally delicious. That plus the extra cleaning and fresh bedlinnen and towels made everything extra nice. Xenia! The beach house has a really good vibe. We loved sitting in the sun on the terrace. Listening to the sea and the birds. Enjoying the flowers and the trees. Nice walking distance to Ag. Nikolaos with cute harbour with nice restaurants and Leonardo for ice cream! We rented bikes at Mani By Bike (10min walking south from the coast). Nice to cycle to Stoupa with kids. Can highly recommend!

In 63 years I have traveled extensively, in many countries, and this was overall the most beautiful surprise of any place my husband and I have rented. Our hosts, Vincent and Jean-Claude, were present, warm, generous and responsive, and the house and location are beyond magical. We will return every year, for certain.

This is a top notch place, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our climbing trip to Kyparissi. Mr Stavros is an extremely helpful and pleasant host. We look forward to coming back next year!

It was a great stay at the villa. The kitchen and house is well equipped. The pool is very private with an amazing view. If you come with kids, you should bring your own toys as the villa does not have any. The house is well equipped with Moskito nets in front of the windows and doors, nevertheless, we had really problems with mosquitoes one day. We realized that they provided every room with mosquito repellent refusers and the mosquito issue was almost gone 👍 The tap water is very salty but we had no problem with it. All in all, we would love to come back some day!

Jeannette's place was very conveniently located for our winter weekend in the city of Kalamata. The house was very clean upon our arrival and mostly everything functioned perfectly. Jeannette was very responsive and made us feel at home. I would suggest to prepare a small map of the exact location - not via google maps - a simple hand drawn map. The fact that it is inside a hidden alley doesn't come up on the app. Also, the garden needed better cleaning. Of course we arrived after a period of heavy rains however, the garden looked like it hadn't been tended to for a while. With a lot of cat dung. Overall, it was a great weekend, we enjoyed our walks around the city and drives in the surrounding areas. We were lucky weather-wise too!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful accommodation in Kalamata! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and historical sites. It made exploring the city so easy. What made our stay extra special was the thoughtful welcome pack with local produce. We were greeted with fresh olives, olive oil, and other local delights, which gave us a real taste of Kalamata’s traditions. The host, Victoria, was incredibly warm and welcoming, always available to offer tips and make sure we were comfortable. Un espacio muy tranquilo, mucha hospitalidad, nuestro anfitrión muy servicial. Solo nos faltaba algo de me aje de cocina, y el colchón de la cama del dormitorio principal está un poco en mal estado

Τέλειο κατάλυμα! Μεγάλο ευρύχωρο μπάνιο, δύο ανεξάρτητα μεταξύ τους υπνοδωμάτια, καθιστικό με κουζίνα με επιπλέον καναπέ κρεβάτι. Η κουζίνα είχε τα πάντα εκτός από καφετιέρα (που προσωπικά χρησιμοποιούσαμε πολύ). Καθαριότητα! Η κυρία Ευαγγελία απλά υπέροχη! Πάντα με χαμόγελο να ρωτήσει αν μας λείπει κάτι! Η παραλία κάτω από το σπίτι είναι προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια σε 2 λεπτά, με λεπτό χαλικάκι, που το απόγευμα ήταν σαν ιδιωτική (ήμασταν σχεδόν μόνοι μας). Οι καλύτερες διακοπές που έχουμε περάσει! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

We absolutely loved our stay, the apartment is beautiful. Nikos was friendly and very helpful. We could not fault anything. The view is amazing and lots of great restaurants and cafes just below. We highly recommend staying here.

Βολικό διαμέρισμα σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της Καλαμάτας. Προτείνω κάποιες βελτιώσεις όπως πιο μαλακά στρώματα, περισσότερα λευκά είδη για τις 5 διανυκτερεύσεις και να υπάρχουν ειδη καθαρισμού του σπιτιού (για χρήση απο τον πελάτη).

Πολύ ευχάριστο περιβάλλον με ευγενικό οικοδεσπότη! Πολύ καθαρό και καλαίσθητα διακοσμημένο
