Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. The apartment belongs to a part of our unique city villa, with separate entrance. We are an adult couple living here, which makes the rental part a peaceful apartment with a quiet atmosphere. The apartment is nice for both singles, as well as up to 2 couples.

Our apartment is bright, cozy and located on the top floor (4th floor) of a beautiful Art Nouveau building at Apotekergata 12, Ålesund's trendiest street. Right outside the door you will find Vino Bar, and just around the corner is Svai Sauna, where you can enjoy an affordable and refreshing sea bath experience. Here you live in the middle of the city, with everything Ålesund has to offer at a good price, and with reliable hosts who want you to enjoy yourself.

My place is good for couples, lone travelers, and business travelers. Can also be suitable for a small family. (Extra mattresses).
