It is equipped with what you may need for a comfortable stay, perfect for both vacation, work or weekend trips. It is located in a quiet and secluded cul-de-sac without through traffic, here you can be sure to get a good night's sleep. The apartment has a parking space under the roof in the connected neighboring building, about 10 meters to walk from the front door.

Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome to our newly renovated apartment centrally located in Ålesund city center. Just a stone's throw away you will find popular Brosundet, and you have walking distance to all of the city's restaurants and other sights. The apartment belongs to a part of our unique city villa, with a separate entrance. We are an adult couple living here, which makes the rental part a peaceful apartment with a quiet atmosphere. The apartment is nice for both singles, as well as up to 2 couples.
