Splend'Or - A Real Paradise

If you want to enjoy the Lake Como from the top, while sipping a glass of good wine and taking a relaxing bath in the brand new Jacuzzi, this is the place for you! The recently renovated second floor apartment is situated in one of the most picturesque settings of the Lake Como, almost 350m above Varenna (20 min drive), and it can host up to 3 guests. The first floor belongs to a family who lives there all year round, but just the entrance is shared. Free wifi installed in all of the property.

Il Nido is a structure made entirely of natural wood, 20 square meters, designed specifically for 2 people and equipped with all comforts. It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and for a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood-burning stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY 12 TO FEBRUARY 10.
