I can't say enough good things about this beautiful apartment and sweet Su. The reviews don't lie....book it! You won't be disappointed. The location is wonderful! We really enjoyed cooking breakfast in the kitchen and the sunny balcony with a view of the water. But the best thing about staying here is the amazing host, Su. From the moment we booked, she was attentive and wanted to make our trip all that we wanted it to be. She gave wonderful recommendations, and booked reservations and taxis for us. She goes above and beyond and truly cares about your stay and enjoying San Sebastián. Thank you so much, Su! We hope to come back one day :-)

Wonderful apartment with spectacular ocean views and very close to downtown San Sebastián, in the neighborhood where it is located, it is full of amenities (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.), with a great surfer atmosphere, it is fully equipped with everything you might need.- Miguel and Cruzi welcome you with great familiarity and are charming, they advise you on everything you need (how and where to park the vehicle, places to visit and places to eat (cider houses, pintxos, menus).- We recommend it 100x100.-

Eneko, Juan Maria's brother, welcomed us as soon as we arrived at the door of the apartment. He speaks French well and provided us with plenty of explanations about everything. This apartment belongs to the family and is well located for doing anything on foot and several buses pass at the foot of the building. Grocery store, bakery, pharmacy etc. within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. The kitchen of this apartment is very well equipped for making meals. Quality bedding and comfortable mattresses. Everything was beyond our expectations and a suitable place to stay for several weeks. We loved San Sebastian and our hosts were so kind and helpful.

We spent four days in San Sebastian, enjoying the spacious and gracefully furnished apartment. Its outline proved to be very practical for a family of five, where we each had our own space to relax and sleep comfortably but could also enjoy time together in the common area. The place is very well equipped, with many utensils at your disposal, making it feel very home-like. Thanks to windows facing internal courtyard the apartment remains very quiet and is not exposed to nightlife noises. Location was also great: only a short walk away from to the Old Town and the beach, the place is situated in Gros, a lively neighbourhood with great tapas bars, different kinds of shops and opportunities to grab good coffee. Vanesa is an amazing host, always available to answer questions, give tips about the surroundings, very caring and extremely reliable. She makes Casa Trueba a truly worthwhile experience!

Cristina is an amazing host! She was incredibly responsive to all of our questions and checked on us periodically to make sure all was well. Her space was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. She is so very kind and reliable. We would rent from her again in the future. She even welcomed us with some fruit and a bottle of wine. We felt right at home!

We had a fabulous week long stay at Monica’s place. The apartment is comfortable & well appointed and has everything as described. Location is great, walking distance to old town, shops, attractions, neighborhood cafes and bars and still manages to be peaceful. We appreciated having a washing machine which we used. Monica was a responsive host and offered lots of good dining recommendations. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we are back in San Sebastián.

Brand new accommodation, very well equipped and arranged! Ideal for families. In addition, Nerea is very friendly and helpful. The village is very nice. Although parking is prohibited in the village, we were able to load and unload quickly in front of the apartment before parking the car in one of the free parking lots.

This apartment in San Sebastian is in a perfect location and has all the amenities we needed. We were halfway through our two week trip here so the washer and dryer were great to have. We were within walking distance of so many great restaurants and shops and appreciated the guide book provided by Sweet Home San Sebastian. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean when we arrived. We’d definitely stay again!

The apartment is extremely cozy and modern furnished. The bedroom is cozy with lots of pillows. The bathroom is state-of-the-art with a wonderful shower. Very spacious terrace where we could put our bikes next to the house and overlooking the park for us, perfect! It was great that there was a spruce fridge with the most delicious things in it that we were able to enjoy for breakfast for days. With 3 different jams, eggs, tomatoes and yogurt and much more!! We are incredibly spoiled! Our host welcomed us personally and gave us tips for the area and a free bus card. We have left for the host and/or the next guests Iberico-ham, paté and chocolate! ;)

Iker and Kristina are lovely!! Without a doubt, if we return to San Sebastian we will stay here again!! A 10!! A really nice house, very clean, absolute freedom and a neighborhood next to downtown but very quiet where we slept great!! 100% recommended

We have been 3 families very comfortable at Isabel's house. The house is wonderful, spacious, comfortable, clean, very well equipped... you can't ask for more. The area in the q is located has many possibilities to enjoy the outdoors. Highly recommended.

We came to spend a weekend with friends at Sama's. We found a beautiful place, very comfortable and spacious, carefully decorated and located in a lovely neighborhood. Thank you so much to Sama for hosting us and for her kindness. We'll be happy to go back.

We loved this place we spent 7 days it was peaceful very clean and had a lovely homely feel to it plus on site parking which was a bonus. Our host was super helpful in every aspect she also left us milk, teas ,eggs ,coffee and even a transport card to get us started plus many other items. A short stroll from the apartment is access to buses, trains and lots of supermarkets we even went to France on one of the days. We really had a great stay would happily stay again and highly recommend it to other people.

Staying at Ines’s place in San Sebastián was such a lovely experience! From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with warmth and gave us amazing tips about the area—she really helped us make the most of our time there. Ines was always available, super friendly, and easy to talk to. The place itself was spotless and full of charm. We especially loved waking up in the mornings and seeing the ponies through the window—such a magical and peaceful view! The location was perfect too: just a 12-minute drive from the city center, so we could enjoy the buzz of San Sebastián and then come back to a calm, cozy space. We truly enjoyed our conversations with Ines and felt so at home. Highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to this beautiful part of the world!

We had a great time, the house is very cute and the place is very charming and peaceful with the river below. We'll be back for sure during the summer so we can swim and meet the donkey! Samu and Abril are super welcoming and very kind, we were super well received. The house is very well equipped, we did not miss anything. We even went for a drink at the taberna which is not even a 5-minute walk away where there was a very good atmosphere. We will be back!

We enjoyed hiking into the Flysch from the front door or going to the train station to explore the towns and beaches. An absolute must is to visit the church in Deba. 2 km in front of the property there was a kiosk bar with four barrel beers and wine, our end of every evening overlooking the sea. PS: The altitude meters in the flysch on the steep coast should not be underestimated.
