My wife and I loved our stay in San Sebastián. The apartment is clean, nice, and a 1 minute walk to the beach. The building has a few coffee shops and restaurants, but you are only a few minutes from other great bars, bakeries, and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Tito and his family are great. The place is a paradise and has a special guide, Argui. Better to experience it.

Excellent accommodation and cozy. Very good location and easy to access! Close to all the restaurants and bars, which means there's a lot of noise all day and night. I recommend it if you're used to sleeping with noise. Otherwise the apartment is very comfortable and really central! I recommend it 100%. An excellent place to enjoy San Sebastian's cuisine!

Excellent hotel in the nicest town on Earth! Fantastic location in the historical center. The hotel stands on the hill and has a very convenient elevator that leads to one of the main streets. The rooms are quiet and cozy. An excellent terrasse on the roof provides with a magnificent view on the city - a perfect place for drinking a bottle of champagne from the mini bar.

The house is beautiful, the apartment was totally accurate with our needs and the idea to share very good non-perishable products. Perfect facilities to enjoy the outdoors: basketball court, soccer field, pingpong table, and even a treehouse!!! ideal to enjoy, rest and go with the little ones. The owners, close and very attentive. Highly recommended.

We booked the room for one night while passing through. It was very quiet, room and bathroom very clean, the beds very comfortable. Perfect for our purpose.

Peaceful place away from St Sebastien to rest! Also convenient because close to a bus line! And the fridge and kettle are a plus! Very nice sea view from the bathroom! Recommended!

We had a great time at Luis's, in a beautiful and quiet environment. The room was very clean and comfortable and Luis is very welcoming. We were able to park our motorcycle at the foot of the accommodation safely. We'll be happy to go back!

The pension exceeded our expectations. It matched the photos perfectly, which gave us confidence from the beginning. The owner was always very attentive through the chat, responding quickly and helping us with everything we needed. The location, away from the hustle and bustle of the center, offered us a tranquility that we very much appreciated. The cleanliness of the house was daily, making the stay even more comfortable, and the views were beautiful. Also, having private parking was a big plus, especially in a city where parking can be complicated. Definitely an experience to be repeated.
