La Concha Bay Lavish Regal Suite with Bay Views

Embrace the graceful beauty of this chic flat overlooking the ocean just by the beach. The home features stark contrasts amid neutral tones, rustic touches, an open-plan living area, custom furnishings, contrasting motifs, and two covered balconies with a lounge space. I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. La Concha Bay Suite has 110 square meters, and it is composed of a double room, bathroom and a big living room with terrace (there's no kitchen, but all the necessary utilities to heat cooked meals and have breakfast: you'll find a freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine and a boiler in the living room). The entrance is shared with a private apartment, but both are totally independent from each another. The views are breathtaking, La Concha beach is just in front of you, you can see Santa Clara Island, Urgull Mountain and Ulia Mountain. If you are a food lover, the best restaurants and tapas bars are 5-10 minutes on foot. La Perla Spa, one of the best spa centers in Europe, is just 5 min away, you can relax, exercise at the gym or have a massage there. The Suite is composed of a bedroom, a big living room and a bathroom fully equipped I will be next door and would be delighted to help you during your stay in San Sebastian! Facing the Ocean, the apartment is located in the very center of the city, and 7-10 minutes away from Old City where you can find the best pintxos bars and restaurants, shopping area and market. 10-15 minutes away from both the train and bus station. If you have a car to park, you can go to La Concha Parking, just down the street, the price is about 25€/day.

El apartamento es comodo y espacioso , tiene 3 habitaciones, 2 baños, salon, comedor , cocina y una pequeña terraza . La cocina esta totalmente equipada con frigorifico, lavadora, lavavajillas, vitroceramica, microondas y horno. Dispone tambien de Wifi. Bienvenidos a Casa Trueba un espacio totalmente reformado pensado con cariño y replanteado para el máximo confort privacidad para sentirse como en casa 💙 En el corazón de Gros, excelente ubicación que le permitirá en 3” llegar a la playa o en 10” estar en la Parte Vieja. Tres habitaciones tres baños en suite nos darán libertad y mucha privacidad. Nos encantan las familias y para ello disponen de cuna, trona, vajilla infantil, muchos juegos y alguna sorpresa!!
