Close to supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and takeaways, parking space and even though its close to the main road, the flat has been excellently soundproofed, would have no hesitation in rebooking if i was in the area again

Great cozy house to stay at. Helena met us when we got there and showed us around and handed off the keys. Everything was very nice and clean. When we needed help with anything, Lo responded immediately and was very kind and patient (not a big problem, just needed help figuring it out cause we aren’t from England). It’s a lot of houses on the street, but such a quiet neighborhood so don’t let that keep you from renting this house. The stairs are a little steep for us older people, but you just have to be careful. We really had a nice time there and it was close to city center and easy to find things. Definitely will come back here if we ever get back to Hull. Thank you, Lo and Helena, for your hospitality and nice house.

I have stayed with Ika and Dan many times and always have a great time. Would definitely recommend staying at their home.

Excellent flat just as described pn line Two downsidès. Firstly no shelving in barhroom for toiletries and hot warer seems to be off and needs boosting to get hot water. Secondly the flat information pack is not fit for purpose snd getting the internet codes was difficult as we didnt know which num6 from the back of the touter to use. The smart TV was also fairly unresponsive and I Player was more bother than it was worth( I think the remote wants looking at) . All very minor and did not spoil our stay in any way. We are from Hull and know the arra well and needed to be in this area to visit friends and fsmily.would re book if and when we come again.
