It is 160 square meters with a 25 square meter pool. 4 rooms and 1 living room with a large garden. All rooms have bathrooms. Furnished with new and very stylish furniture. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare all the meals you make at home. All rooms have air conditioning units. The pool is detached. There is a BBQ. There is a kiosk and a market right near the villa.

Our Blue Flag TEKKE beach is a 1-minute walk away. Your #separate entrance# 1+0 room, located on the garden floor of the villa where we live, is 40 square meters. Your room has a private kitchen and bathroom. Since we only rent out the room on the garden floor of the villa, there will be no other guests besides you, and you can use the garden. There are restaurants, entertainment centers, and a marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is a 15-minute drive away. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We have free parking.
